Day 1 – Istanbul – Madrid - Santo Domingo We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before departure and complete our check-in procedures before flying to Madrid (MAD) Airport. Upon arrival, we continue with our AirEuropa flight to Santo Domingo (SDQ). After landing, we are transferred to our hotel. Day 2 – La Romana | Transfer to Costa Fascinosa After breakfast at the hotel, we are transferred to our ship and wait for our check-in time at the port. After completing the check-in procedures for Costa Fascinosa, we settle into our cabins and begin exploring this beautiful ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 3 – Catalina Island | Catalina Island & Altos de Chavon River Boat Tour After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Catalina Island & Altos de Chavon river boat tour, organized as an extra by our guide. After reaching the Casa de Campo pier, we set off toward the Chavón River, one of the most impressive natural beauties of the Dominican Republic. On the panoramic river cruise we take by boat, we will enjoy the lush tropical nature and unique landscapes. This fascinating river, which hosted some scenes of the world-famous film Apocalypse Now, offers the opportunity to discover a different side of the Caribbean. After the boat tour, we visit Altos de Chavón, inspired by 16th-century Mediterranean villages and known as the “Artists’ Village.” With its cobblestone streets, historic atmosphere, and magnificent views over the Chavón River, we will have the chance to enjoy a pleasant walk and take unforgettable photos in this special village. After free time as permitted by schedule, we return to the port and board our ship. Day 4 – Arroyo Barril | Whale Watching Tour After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Whale Watching Tour, organized as an extra by our guide. We head out to sea on speedboats waiting for us at Samaná Port and travel to the Samaná Marine Mammal Sanctuary, where thousands of humpback whales come every year between January and March to mate and give birth. On this unique boat tour, which lasts approximately 2.5 hours, we have the opportunity to observe magnificent humpback whales in their natural habitat and take unforgettable photos. After learning about the whales’ life cycle and migration from experienced local guides, we turn our route toward Cayo Levantado, one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, also known as “Bacardi Island.” On the island, famous for its turquoise sea, white sands, and tropical atmosphere, we enjoy lunch and then you may swim, relax in the shade of palm trees, or enjoy the island’s natural beauty. After free time, we return by boat to Samaná Port and transfer back to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 5 – Puerto Plata | Puerto Plata Catamaran Tour After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Puerto Plata Catamaran Tour, organized as an extra by our guide. We set off on an unforgettable catamaran journey across the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Departing from Punta Rucia, we discover the breathtaking views of Playa La Ensenada, famous for its white sands and crystal-clear waters. We then set course for Cayo Arena, also known as “Paradise Island,” with its shallow waters resembling a natural pool. Here, guests may snorkel with expert guides to see colorful tropical fish and coral reefs up close, or simply swim and enjoy the peaceful Caribbean atmosphere. Day 6 – Grand Turks | Boat Tour & Snorkelling After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Boat Tour & Snorkelling tour, organized as an extra by our guide. On this unforgettable day in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos, you will snorkel at one of the island’s most beautiful coral reefs to discover colorful tropical fish, then reach Half Moon Bay, famous for its white sands and crystal-clear sea, where you will have free time for swimming, relaxing, and taking photos. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 7 – At Sea We spend the entire day sailing at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You may have breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the buffet restaurant, which offers freshly prepared dishes by expert chefs and a variety of options to suit every taste, or in the A La Carte restaurant at your specially reserved table. We arrive at Lake Oviedo, one of the Dominican Republic’s most important natural habitats. On the lake tour carried out by traditional boats, we will have the opportunity to observe flamingos, herons, seagulls, iguanas, and turtles in their natural environment as we move through the mangroves. After the boat tour, during free time by the lake, guests may experience the region’s natural mud or simply enjoy nature. After free time, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 9 – La Romana | La Romana City Tour After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the La Romana City Tour, organized as an extra by our guide. On this tour, where you will discover La Romana’s historical and cultural heritage, we visit the La Romana Obelisk and Santa Rosa de Lima Church, two of the city’s landmarks, and then see the cobblestone streets and historic buildings of Altos de Chavón, inspired by 16th-century Mediterranean villages. Afterwards, we learn about the production process of Dominican cigars at Tabacalera Cornelio, and the tour concludes with impressive reenactments at Conquista Park depicting the first encounter between the Taíno people and Spanish explorers. Day 12 – Barbados | Barbados Island Tour & Pirates Cove Beach After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Barbados Island Tour & Pirates Cove Beach tour, organized as an extra by our guide. This small Caribbean city has many interesting places. We will visit many colonial buildings, the Parliament Building, and the Lord Nelson statue standing in what is now called National Heroes Square. After the island tour, we head to Barbados’s world-famous beach, Pirates Cove Beach. Until the time announced by our guide, we enjoy the Caribbean’s magnificent atmosphere with palm trees, bird cages, white sand, and crystal-clear waters. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 13 – Guadeloupe | Guadeloupe National Park and Waterfalls After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the Guadeloupe National Park and Waterfalls tour, organized as an extra by our guide. We will take a nature-filled trip to Guadeloupe National Park, designated a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. It is home to one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful forests and Soufrière volcano, the island’s highest peak. We proceed to the three magnificent Carbet waterfalls on the lower slopes of La Soufrière. After this magnificent excursion, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 14 – St. Kitt | South Caribbean Rainforests After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the South Caribbean and Rainforests tour, organized as an extra by our guide. St. Kitt, one of the most exclusive holiday islands in the South Caribbean for over 200 years, is a volcanic island that declared its independence in 1983. We will go to the island’s rainforest and visit this magnificent nature by 4x4 vehicles. There, we will have the opportunity to see the region’s green monkeys. Afterwards, we will spend some time with the local residents. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 15 – Road Harbour | Tortola 4x4 Safari Tour After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the tour organized as an extra by our guide. On this adventure-filled tour to discover Tortola Island’s natural beauty, you will travel by 4x4 off-road vehicles from the capital, Road Town, along the scenic Ridge Road. Amid lush hills, tropical vegetation, and impressive Caribbean views, photo stops will be made, followed by free time. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 16 – La Romana - Santo Domingo – Madrid | Santo Domingo City Tour After breakfast on board, we complete our disembarkation procedures and transfer to Santo Domingo Airport. Guests who wish may join the Santo Domingo City Tour, organized as an extra by our guide. At the end of the tour, we transfer to the airport. After passport procedures, we wait for our evening flight. NOTE: Since this tour takes place on the day we disembark the ship and go to the airport, guests who do not wish to join the tour will be transferred directly to the airport after disembarking in the morning. Day 17 – Madrid - Istanbul Upon our arrival at Madrid Airport at 11:10, we depart for Istanbul at 14:55 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1102. Arrival in Istanbul at 21:05 local time. End of our tour.
