Day 1 – Istanbul – Madrid – Santo Domingo We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before departure and complete our check-in procedures before flying to Madrid (MAD). Upon arrival, we take our Air Europa flight to Santo Domingo (SDQ). After landing, we transfer to our hotel. Day 2 – La Romana | Transfer to Costa Favolosa After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to our ship and wait for our check-in time at the port. After completing the check-in procedures for Costa Fascinosa, we settle into our cabins and begin exploring this beautiful ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 3 – Catalina Island | Catalina Island & Altos de Chavón River Boat Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra Catalina Island & Altos de Chavón river boat tour organized by our guide. After reaching Casa de Campo pier, we head toward the banks of the Chavón River, one of the Dominican Republic’s most impressive natural beauties. On the panoramic river cruise we take by boat, we enjoy the lush tropical nature and unique scenery. This enchanting river, which hosted some scenes from the world-famous film Apocalypse Now, offers a chance to discover a different side of the Caribbean. After the boat tour, we visit Altos de Chavón, built inspired by 16th-century Mediterranean villages and known as the “Artists’ Village.” With its cobblestone streets, historical atmosphere, and magnificent views overlooking the Chavón River, we will have the chance to take a pleasant walk and capture unforgettable photos. After free time, as time allows, we return to the port and go back to our ship. Day 4 – Arroyo Barril | Whale Watching Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra whale watching tour organized by our guide. We set off on speedboats waiting for us at Samaná Port and head toward the Samaná Marine Mammal Sanctuary, where thousands of humpback whales come every year between January and March to mate and give birth. On this unique boat tour lasting approximately 2.5 hours, we have the chance to observe majestic humpback whales in their natural habitat and take unforgettable photos. After learning about the whales’ life cycle and migration from experienced local guides, we turn our route toward Cayo Levantado, also known as “Bacardi Island,” one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. After lunch on the island, famous for its turquoise sea, white sandy beaches, and tropical atmosphere, you may swim, relax in the shade of palm trees, or enjoy the island’s natural beauty. After free time, we return by boat to Samaná Port and transfer back to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 5 – Amber Cove | Puerto Plata City Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra Puerto Plata city tour organized by our guide. On this tour where we discover Puerto Plata’s historic center, we visit Fortaleza San Felipe, the city’s symbol, and learn about 16th-century pirate defense stories. Then we see the historic city center decorated with Art Deco and Victorian-era architecture around Plaza Independencia and St. Philip Cathedral. After this pleasant tour, as time allows, we return to the port and go back to our ship. Day 6 – Grand Turks | Boat Tour & Snorkeling After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra Boat Tour & Snorkeling tour organized by our guide. On this boat tour, where you will spend an unforgettable day in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos, you will discover colorful tropical fish while snorkeling at one of the island’s most beautiful coral reefs, then reach Half Moon Bay, famous for its white sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea, where you will enjoy free time for swimming, relaxing, and taking photos. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 7 – Day at Sea We spend the entire day sailing at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You may have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the open buffet restaurant, featuring a variety of freshly prepared dishes by expert chefs to suit every taste, or in your specially reserved seat at the A La Carte restaurant. During the day, you may take advantage of yoga and fitness classes, as well as outdoor tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, or the state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped fitness center with bodybuilding equipment. After dinner, you may spend time in the ship’s colorful and entertaining bars and cafés listening to live music, join Broadway-style musical theater shows, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 8 – Cabo Rojo | Lake Oviedo Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra Lake Oviedo tour organized by our guide. We arrive at Lake Oviedo, one of the Dominican Republic’s most important natural habitats. On the lake tour carried out by traditional boats, while moving through mangroves, we will have the chance to observe flamingos, herons, gulls, iguanas, and turtles in their natural environment. After the boat tour, during free time by the lake, guests may experience the area’s natural mud or simply enjoy nature. After free time, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 9 – La Romana | La Romana City Tour After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra La Romana city tour organized by our guide. On this tour where you will discover La Romana’s historical and cultural heritage, we visit the La Romana Obelisk and Santa Rosa de Lima Church, then see the cobblestone streets and historical structures of Altos de Chavón, inspired by 16th-century Mediterranean villages. Afterwards, we learn about the production process of Dominican cigars at Tabacalera Cornelio, and the tour ends with impressive reenactments at Conquista Park depicting the first encounter between Taíno natives and Spanish explorers. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 10 – Day at Sea We spend the entire day sailing at sea. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. On this tour along Saint Vincent’s Atlantic coastline, we discover the historic Byera Tunnel and the Black Point Tunnel built by slaves, surrounded by banana and coconut plantations. In the old “Sugar City” area of Georgetown, we learn about the island’s sugar production history, then stop for free time on black sand beaches. The tour continues through Calliaqua, where we enjoy views of Fort Duvernette and nearby islets, allowing us to experience Saint Vincent’s atmosphere full of history, nature, and memory. Day 12 – Barbados | Barbados Island Tour & Pirates Cove Beach After breakfast on the ship, guests who wish may join the extra Barbados Island Tour & Pirates Cove Beach tour organized by our guide. There are many interesting places in this small Caribbean city. We will visit numerous colonial buildings, the Parliament Building, and the Lord Nelson statue standing in what is now called National Heroes Square. After our island tour, we will head to Barbados’s world-famous Pirates Cove Beach. Until the time announced by our guide, we will enjoy the Caribbean with palm trees, beach huts, white sand, and crystal-clear waters. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Day 13 – Guadeloupe | Guadeloupe National Park and Waterfalls After breakfast on our ship, guests who wish may join the extra Guadeloupe National Park and Waterfalls tour organized by our guide. We will take a nature-filled excursion in Guadeloupe National Park, designated a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. It has one of the most beautiful forests in the Caribbean and Soufrière, the island’s highest peak. We will continue toward the three magnificent Carbet waterfalls on the lower slopes of La Soufrière. After this wonderful excursion, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 14 – St. Kitt | Southern Caribbean Rainforests After breakfast on our ship, guests who wish may join the extra Southern Caribbean Rainforests tour organized by our guide. St. Kitt, one of the most exclusive holiday islands in the Southern Caribbean for over 200 years, is a volcanic island that declared its independence in 1983. We will go to the island’s rainforests and visit this magnificent nature in 4x4 vehicles. There will be a chance to see the region’s green monkeys. Later, we will spend some time with the local people. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 15 – Road Harbour | Tortola 4x4 Safari Tour After breakfast on our ship, guests who wish may join the tour organized by our guide. On this adventure-filled tour where you will discover Tortola Island’s natural beauty, you will travel by 4x4 off-road vehicles from the capital, Road Town, along the panoramic Ridge Road. Photo stops will be given along the way with lush hills, tropical vegetation, and impressive Caribbean views, followed by free time. At the end of the tour, we return to our ship. Dinner and overnight on board. Day 16 – La Romana - Santo Domingo – Madrid | Santo Domingo City Tour After breakfast on the ship, we complete our check-out procedures and transfer to Santo Domingo Airport. Guests who wish may join the extra Santo Domingo City Tour organized by our guide. At the end of the tour, we transfer to the airport. After passport procedures, we wait for our evening flight. NOTE: Since this tour will take place on the day we disembark from the ship and go to the airport, guests who do not wish to join the tour will be transferred directly to the airport after disembarking from the ship in the morning. Day 17 – Madrid - Istanbul After landing at Madrid Airport at 11:10, we fly to Istanbul at 14:55 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1102. Arrival in Istanbul at 21:05 local time. End of the tour
