GUEST INFORMATION ON EXTRA TOURS:
1-For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If these numbers are not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, the tour can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guests, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
 2-When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health issue has occurred, confirmed by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room with them, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, a refund will be made for the difference.
 C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made.
D-Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their way to another point themselves. If they choose not to do this, or if it is not possible due to the tour's content, no refund will be made.
E-Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if a delay occurs, the guest will contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation and no refund will be made if a cancellation is requested.
F-During the free time and breaks given during the tour, our authorized personnel will provide necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late, our personnel have the authority to reasonably wait for a brief time if the flow of the tour will not be affected, or to proceed. Otherwise, the guest may continue the tour by independently arriving at the next point or return to the hotel by their own means. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, all of which comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian Authorities. In the event of deficient and/or defective services during our tours and activities; since your process spent in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, any issues are solved through immediate interventions, and/or partial or full refunds are provided if necessary. The discount from discounted packages will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions causing delays, and similar situations.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health issue, we kindly ask that you consult our authorized personnel to learn the conditions of the tour and make your participation decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/ Moto Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry some risk of accidents that can lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations that may occur. When you participate in such tours and activities, be sure that you understand these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly request that you adhere strictly to the warnings of our authorized personnel, strict adherence to the specified precautions, and wearing the safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6-At religiously significant places, the responsibility to dress appropriately lies with our guests. Our company is not responsible for guests who are not allowed to enter these places due to improper clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, sandals, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, shawls, scarves, towels from hotels, and returning them lies entirely with our guests.
8-You must inform your guide about food allergies or other allergies, special dietary needs for health reasons. You should know that we may not always be able to meet these special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-We strongly recommend that you do not consume open water or other beverages during your stay in Egypt and our tours, avoid eating fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and refrain from consuming unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to Egyptian local conditions, there can be symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in accessing necessary medical care. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10-We especially recommend that you obtain your Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international travel as a cautious individual.
