Important Notes
-It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for overseas trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Travel is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
-For visa applications, it is required to submit a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the required documents list, which can be obtained from our agencies, to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
-The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry into the tour or from the country where the most accommodation will take place; otherwise, Dgn Travel is not responsible for any refusal of entry by passport authorities.
-In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
-Dgn Travel acts only as an intermediary between the clients and the consulate, and assumes no responsibility for any reason for the visa not being approved, not arriving in time and/or any errors in the visa; passengers have no right to compensation from Dgn Travel.
-Dgn Travel serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955.
-During registration, it is necessary to enter the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes to flight tickets due to incorrect information will result in no-show fees charged to the guests.
-Flight times may change prior to departure and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure date.
-The city where the plane will land may vary. Dgn Travel is not responsible for any delays or schedule changes that may occur due to the airline companies.
-Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not covered by Dgn Travel for changes in domestic flight connections.
-Group tickets are subject to airline rules, and under group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
-For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight limit is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. In domestic flights within the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Additional baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Dgn Travel.
-In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
-The tour itinerary indicated in the program is a sample itinerary, and changes may occur in the tour route.
-City introduction tours may be conducted on the following day/days depending on the arrival time in the city.
-The activities mentioned in the programs may be rescheduled to other days at the discretion of the guide due to any reason.
-Alternative tours along the way will take place only if there are at least 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will be waited at the rest area.
-In busy periods like fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
-Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours can be realized only with a minimum participation of 20 people, if there is less participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and necessary adjustments to prices may be made. Dgn Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
-Admission fees for museums and archaeological sites are not included in the prices.
-Dgn Travel reserves the right to change the hotel names as long as the star category remains the same.
-All hotel names mentioned in the programs are representative (e.g., similar) and are written as examples regarding star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be at the mentioned hotel.
-In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed or is a foldable bed.
-During your trip, please ensure that you take all your belongings when leaving the transportation and hotels you use.
-Child discounts are only applicable to children within a certain age group who are accompanied by 2 adults.
-In cases where children under 18 (minors) are traveling without one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the consent letters required for participation in the tour during the trip.
-In case of cancellation and changes, the Dgn Travel sales contract is valid.

- Meeting with our esteemed guests at the Pegasus Airlines counter in the international departure terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight time. After luggage and ticket procedures, we will fly to Barcelona with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Upon arrival, a panoramic city tour will be conducted. During our panoramic city tour, we will see sites including La Sagrada Familia, also known as the "Endless Church," Spain and Catalunya Squares, Gaudi's Houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila), Catalunya Square, La Rambla Street, and Port Olimpic. After the city tour, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the extra organized Barcelona Night & Gothic Quarter Tour (35 Euro). In this tour, we will have the chance to see Barcelona, known as the city that never sleeps, illuminated. Afterwards, we will head to the Gothic Quarter. We will visit the Barcelona Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus, and the most famous street in the area, Carrer del Bisbe, and then have free time for dinner on La Ramblas Street. Day 2
- BARCELONA
- After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Girona & Figueras Tour (85 Euro). We will begin our tour in Girona, a city rich in history located by the Onyar River, reminiscent of Florence at first glance, and known as the region's richest city. Known for its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also the city where film scenes for the perfume film were shot. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion Statue, Cathedral Square, Mezuzah Houses, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla and its famous shops. After free time, we will depart for Figueras with a view of the Pyrenees mountains. This town has such an impressive atmosphere that it has inspired the world-renowned painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. Here we will visit the museum house decorated by the famous surrealist painter "Salvador Dali." After our visit to this museum, where each of his works is valued at millions of dollars, we will return to our hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 3
- BARCELONA – VALENCIA
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Valencia. In Valencia, during the panoramic city tour, we will visit the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Gothic Cathedral, Arena, City Hall, Historical Market, and Old Silk Exchange. After the city tour, transfer to your hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 4
- VALENCIA – GRANADA
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Granada. Upon arrival, during the panoramic city tour of Granada, we will see the Bib Lambra Square, Christopher Columbus Monument, City Hall, and Cathedral (from outside). After the tour, transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Alhambra Palace Tour (80 Euro) [The Alhambra Palace tour will be conducted depending on the availability of the palace]. The Alhambra, which is limited to a certain number of visitors daily, is named "The Red" due to the red bricks and tiles used on its roof. After our visit to the Alhambra Palace, a remarkable example of Islamic architecture, we will return to the hotel. Guests wishing to spend the evening in a fun environment can join the extra organized Sacramonte Night Tour (55 Euro). In this tour, you will have the opportunity to watch different Flamenco interpretations performed by Roma people in the stone houses of Granada. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5
- GRANADA
- After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can participate in the extra organized Cordoba & Sevilla Tour (105 Euro). In this tour, we will see the city where the Andalusian Islamic civilization first began, the Jewish Quarter, and Plaza Mayor. Then we will visit the structure that is now the Cathedral, which was once the main mosque from the past, witnessing the traces of history. After our tour, we will continue our journey to Sevilla. Following our arrival, we will have a panoramic view of this city located on the banks of the Guadalgivir River, visiting Spain Square, the tobacco factory where Carmen passed, the Golden Tower, and the Jewish Quarter. After free time in front of the Sevilla Cathedral, we will return to Granada. After arriving at the hotel, free time. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 6
- GRANADA – MADRID
- After breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards Madrid. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Toledo Tour (45 Euro) during the route. Toledo is a real open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, recognized as one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The country's most majestic cathedral hosts works by world-famous painters, competing with some of the world's leading museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has managed to remain unchanged since the 16th century. Structures carrying traces of Roman, Visigoth, Arabic, Gothic, and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco's paintings, typical confectionery shops, Damascus shops, and of course, its famous cathedral make it a significant tourist destination. Another tradition in Toledo is the production of almond paste, a sweet treat that dates back to when the Arabs occupied the city. Our visit to Toledo is incomplete without tasting these delightful sweets. After the walk in the Jewish Quarter, we will head to Madrid. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour starting with Plaza Mayor, which contains 136 buildings and opens to a courtyard with 437 balconies. In the past, bullfights and people executed during the Inquisition were watched from these balconies. The heart of the city is Puerta Del Sol, it's known for the rich history shown in the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace's speaking spot Plaza De Orient, the Alcala Gate built to demonstrate the city's wealth, the picturesque Gran Via with its arcaded roofs, Plaza Colon, Cibeles Square and Fountain, and the Cervantes Monument will be seen. After the tour, we will arrive at our hotel in Madrid and check in. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 7
- MADRID
- After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized Segovia & Avila & Outlet Tour (90 Euro). In this tour, we will visit the cities of Segovia and Ávila, which were declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After passing through the ancient 11th-century walls, we will visit the old town of Ávila, the exterior of the cathedral, and San Vicente Basilica, the Plaza Mayor, and the House of Santa Teresa de Jesús. After this tour, we will move to Segovia. We will see the massive Roman aqueduct, the exterior of Segovia Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, and the remarkable castle of Segovia Alcázar, which reminds of Snow White's Castle. Following the tour, we will travel to Las Rozas Village, known as the largest outlet in the region. After free time for shopping, we will return to our hotel in Madrid. Accommodation at the hotel. Guests wishing to have an entertaining evening can join the extra organized Flamenco Night (65 Euro). Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 8
- MADRID – ISTANBUL
- After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Airport depending on the flight schedule. After completing luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
