The heart of the city, Puerta del Sol; the large square called Plaza Mayor; Plaza de Oriente, where the Royal Palace addresses the public; the Alcala Gate, built as an entrance gate to demonstrate how wealthy the city was; Gran Via, which impresses with its gallery-lined roofs; Plaza Colon; Cibeles Square and Fountain; and the Cervantes Monument are among the places to be seen. After our tour, arrival and check-in at our hotel in Madrid. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 MADRID
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the Toledo Tour (55 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra. Toledo is a true open-air museum and the former capital of Spain, and is one of the most important cities on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Its magnificent cathedral, housing works by world-famous painters, has come to compete with the world’s leading museums. Known as the city of El Greco, Toledo has succeeded in remaining unchanged since the 16th century. With buildings bearing traces of Roman, Visigothic, Arab, Gothic and Renaissance architecture, narrow streets, El Greco’s paintings, typical pastry shops, Damascene shops and, of course, its famous cathedral, it is a tourist crossroads. Another tradition in Toledo, dating back to the time when the Arabs conquered the city, is the production of marzipan. A visit to Toledo is not considered complete without tasting this mouth-watering confectionery. Following our walk through the Jewish quarter, departure for Madrid. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 3 MADRID – SEVILLE
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Seville, Spain’s fourth-largest city, the capital of Andalusia and the center of colonial trade in the past. Along the way, guests who wish may join the Cordoba City and Cordoba Mosque Tour (45 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra by our guide. On this tour, we see the city where Andalusian Islamic civilization first began, the Jewish Quarter and Plaza Mayor. Upon arrival, we will take a panoramic tour of this city founded on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, including Plaza de España, the tobacco factory featured in Carmen, the Golden Tower and the Jewish Quarter. We conclude our city tour with free time in front of Seville Cathedral. Guests who wish to spend the evening in an entertaining atmosphere may join the Flamenco Night (55 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 4 SEVILLE – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Granada. Along the way, guests who wish may join the Ronda Tour (40 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra. (The optional Ronda tour can be carried out if the Alhambra Palace reservation time is suitable). On this tour, we will visit Ronda, considered Spain’s most interesting settlement geographically and one of the country’s most beautiful towns with its unspoiled historic structure. Ronda, where the first bullfights were held, includes the Historic Roman Bridge and Spain’s oldest bullring and museum among its sights. After our tour, we continue to Granada. Following our arrival, the sights on the panoramic Granada city tour include Bib Lambra Square, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the City Hall and the Cathedral (from outside). At the end of the tour, guests who wish may join the Alhambra Palace Tour (65 Euros) [The Alhambra Palace tour is conducted subject to palace availability]. Accepting a limited number of visitors each day, the Alhambra was named Alhambra, meaning “Red,” because red brick was used on its walls and red tiles on its roof. Following our visit to the Alhambra Palace, a witness that has survived to the present day as one of the highest achievements of Islamic architecture, transfer to the hotel and free time. Guests who wish to spend the evening in an entertaining atmosphere may join the Sacromonte Night Tour (45 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra. On this tour, you will have the opportunity to watch the different interpretation of Flamenco by the gypsies living in Granada, performed in their stone houses. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 5 GRANADA – VALENCIA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Valencia. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. During our panoramic city tour in Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences museum, Gothic Cathedral, bullring, City Hall, historic market and Old Silk Exchange are among the places to be seen. Following the city tour, transfer to your hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

During our panoramic city tour, La Sagrada Familia, also known as the “Unfinished Church”; Spain Square and Catalunya Square; Gaudi’s houses (Casa Batllo and Casa Mila); Catalunya Square; La Rambla Avenue; and Port Olimpic are among the places to be seen. DAY 7 BARCELONA
After breakfast, guests who wish may join the Girona & Figueras Tour (65 Euros), to be organized as an optional extra by our guide. We begin our tour with Girona, founded on the banks of the Onyar River and reminiscent of Florence at first glance, the wealthiest city in the region. A charming medieval city worth seeing with its narrow streets and cathedral, Girona is also the city where the perfume film was shot. During our panoramic tour, we will see the Lion statue, Cathedral Square, houses with mezuzahs, the Jewish Quarter, Rambla and famous shops. After free time, we set off for Figueras, accompanied by views of the Pyrenees Mountains. The town has such an impressive atmosphere that it inspired the world-renowned, boundary-breaking painter Salvador Dali throughout his life. Guiding Services and Optional Tours
5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. DGNTRAVEL shall not be responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the corresponding day and time, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours, while adhering to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times.
8- Important points to consider for our tours conducted by speedboats: do not eat a heavy meal immediately before boarding the boat and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
9- No refund will be made if guests do not participate in the tours or meal services specified as included in the prices.
Regarding Flights
10- DGNTRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. In the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
11- Delays or changes to flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify guests of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.
12- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
13- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in tours with flights are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online through the airline’s websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the airport. Guests must personally monitor this information.
16- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. Guests who miss the flight shall be responsible for all expenses incurred for obtaining the new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for them to join the tour.
17- The standard baggage allowance for most flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights within the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL.
18- For guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets have been issued, the upgrade may be carried out subject to the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Mileage availability is not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the tickets for the program belong to an upgradeable class.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, DGNTRAVEL will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
23- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/provide the name appearing on the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, contact the company to which your line belongs and check whether your phone is enabled for international use.

26- DGNTRAVEL forwards requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts are made to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.
27- The breakfast served at hotels differs from the customary rich breakfast in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.

32- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds known as foldable beds and coach beds. Guests who make reservations for triple rooms and/or with children are deemed to have declared that they accept any cramped conditions and the bed type that may arise in the rooms due to the extra beds added to standard rooms.
33- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such cases, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child in the applicable age group staying with two adults.

These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or departure.

46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country of travel to the passport they will use.
