Important Notes
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In areas where local currency is used, the Guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation system (seat change) in daily seating arrangements, and fixed or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 3 days of accommodation is required.
- Free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding those containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including those containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candies: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- During the tour, guides can make changes to the program flow, provided they show all places specified in the program depending on weather and travel conditions.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are either folding or coach beds, tour participants acknowledge that they accept potential crowding and bed type issues in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child meeting the age group, staying with two adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu referred to as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours from inside the vehicle with a guided narration, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, like other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow access on the relevant days and times, or if the tour is made impossible due to closed roads or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where road closures or vehicle entry restrictions apply.
- The waiting times at border gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standards, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any adverse circumstances arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place or the prices, content, and vehicles used for the extra trips may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites or weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the same location after the tour is completed.
- For individuals participating in tours that include flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be performed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports before the flight or online on the airline's websites.
- For guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by Viyatravel for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding in time, or who do complete check-in and boarding in time but do not board the plane, Viyatravel is not responsible for their inability to take the flight. Those who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses related to the new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the destination area required for their participation in the tour.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Delays may occur in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees.
- Vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows. The types of vehicles used in each of our tours are determined based on the number of participants listed below.

Day 1
- Istanbul – Tirana – Elbasan – Ohrid
- Meet at the Ajet Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport’s International Departure Terminal. After the ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Tirana at 07:10 with Ajet Airlines flight VF367. We arrive in Tirana at 07:55 local time. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will proceed to the city center of Tirana with our private buses. We will take a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, which has been caught in wars throughout the 20th century and endured Enver Hoxha’s dictatorship for 40 years. This mountainous country in the Balkans was founded by Suleiman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920. During our tour, we will see Skanderbeg Square, the Et’hem Bey Mosque, the Historical Clock Tower, the National History Museum, and the Opera House. Some of the places we will see from our vehicle include the Parliament and Prime Minister's buildings, the Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and the Tirana Pyramid. After the Tirana tour, we have free time. Afterwards, we reach the city of Ohrid, known for its Mediterranean character, through Elbasan. We begin our tour of Ohrid at the Harbor Square, discussing the statues we see and taking a walk in the neighborhood where the historical Ohrid houses are located, famous for filming the series "Elveda Rumeli.” During our walk, we will see the historical Ottoman houses, the Church of St. Sophia, and conclude our tour with a presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, the largest symbol of the city. After the tour, we have some free time. Following the free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Day 2
- Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Resne – Bitola (Manastır) – Skopje
- After breakfast, we first arrive at St. Naum with a drive of approximately 1 hour, accompanied by stunning views. We will see the source of the Black Drin, where Lake Ohrid begins. The incredible landscape here will take your breath away. Afterwards, we move to Resne. In Resne, we will visit the Palace of Niyazi Bey, one of the most famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress, who gained fame due to his benefits in the Turkish-Greek war, before reaching Bitola. During our city tour in Manastır (Bitola); we will visit Magnolia Square, the Clock Tower, the Yeni Mosque, the Bezistan, the Isak Pasha Mosque, and we will experience the most emotional moments at Atatürk’s Military Academy, where he graduated, and Atatürk Museum. After this visit, we continue our journey to the capital Skopje and start our city tour. We will begin with the Macedonian side, which can be called the land of statues, where we will first encounter the gigantic statue of Alexander the Great and then cross the Historical Stone Bridge over the Vardar River, witnessing how cultures change in an instant as we proceed to the Skopje Turkish Bazaar, one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottomans in the Balkans. We will start our bazaar tour by discussing the statues at the entrance and continue to see the historical Davut Pasha Bath, the Kapan Han, one of the most important structures of the Ottoman Bazaar organization, and the Murat Pasha Mosque, which survived despite earthquakes. After our visits, we will have one hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. You can find items such as Şuşka peppers, Ustrumca peanuts, and traditional shoes. Day 3
- Skopje – Matka Canyon – Kosovo (Prizren) – Skopje (Balkan Night)
- After breakfast at our hotel, we head to the stunning Matka Canyon. During our enjoyable walk, we will take breathtaking photos, followed by a brief free time before gathering in our vehicle to visit the 19th-century Ottoman Mansion near the capital Pristina, one of the youngest countries in the world, and the tomb of Sultan Murad I (Hüdavendigar), who was martyred by Obilic during the Kosovo Field Battle, one of the greatest victories of the Ottomans in the Balkans. After this visit, we embark on a journey of approximately 100 km to reach Prizren, considered one of the prettiest cities in the Balkans, located by the Bistrica (Akdere) River. During our panoramic tour in charming Prizren, we will see the 17th-century Turkish Bath, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and the Prizren Fortress. - Skopje – Belgrade
- After breakfast, we depart for Belgrade. After our journey, we start our city tour in Belgrade, the new symbol of vibrancy and activity, one of Europe’s oldest cities, beginning at the most elegant street, Knez Mihailova. Then we visit the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded for his conquest, but it was Kanuni Sultan Süleyman who took it. Within the fortress, we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the Tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu Fountain, and the terrace area with the most beautiful view where the Danube and Sava rivers meet. Day 5
- Belgrade – Sarajevo
- After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Sarajevo. While progressing through the mountainous Balkan roads, we will arrive with stunning views and begin our panoramic city tour. We will explore the most exquisite market in Europe, Baščaršija. Our tour of this cultural city begins at the Sebilj Fountain, which is almost a symbol of the market; we then see the Morica Han, one of the most authentic places in the city. Next, we visit the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman. The continuation of our tour includes the Clock Tower, the famous fountain that has become a ritual, and the meeting point of cultures; this street is also where the Eternal Flame monument is located. After this, we will have free time. Guests may take the opportunity to photograph the Latin Bridge, where World War I began. After our tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Day 6
- Sarajevo – Konjic – Mostar – Blagaj – Trebinje
- After breakfast at our hotel, we set off for Mostar, enjoying beautiful views amidst the Neretva River's ecosystem. Along the way, we will take a short break in what is known as Konjic (Konyitz) today, a small, charming city mentioned in Evliya Çelebi’s Travelogue as a place where horses rested and drank water. We will take photos of the Konjic Bridge built by Sultan Mehmed IV before continuing our journey via Jablanica. We will have the chance to see the most beautiful natural views created by the Neretva River on this route. Upon our arrival in Mostar, we will walk to see the iconic Mostar Bridge (a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture built by Mimar Hayreddin in 1557). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We will walk through the old town market and after some free time, we will depart for Blagaj, the land of the Alperenes. After a short journey, we will get out at the parking lot in Blagaj and, after a walk, we will have free time in the region where the Buna River springs, home to the Alperenes Tekkesi. Guests can choose to visit the Tekkesi or take the most beautiful photo of it from outside. After our visits, we will transfer to our hotel. Depending on availability, we will stay in Trebinje or in the surrounding areas of Medjugorje or Blagaj. Overnight at our hotel. - After breakfast at our hotel, we will cross into Montenegro, one of the youngest countries in the world. Our first stop is Kotor, known for its important history, natural beauty, and as a tourist attraction. We will take a walking tour in Stari Grad (Old Town-Fortress) to get to know this charming city. After the outdoor descriptions of notable historic buildings such as the Arsenal Square, Clock Tower, Shame Memorial, Government Palace, Guardian Tower, St. Tryphon Cathedral and Square, Kalambaka (Tulumba) Square, and St. Luke’s and Nicholas’ Churches, we will have free time. After this free time, we will pass through Budva and drive to Shkoder, an Albanian city. After our visit to Shkoder, we will arrive in Tirana and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
