Day 1 | Istanbul – Sofia

We set off at 22:00 from Kadıköy Marriage Office, at 22:30 from in front of Mecidiyeköy Square/Bambi Cafe, at 23:00 from in front of İncirli Ömür Plaza, at 23:30 from in front of Beylikdüzü Marmara Park Shopping Mall, and at 23:59 from in front of Silivri Vega Shopping Mall. (You must be at the specified locations no later than 15 minutes before the departure times.) After approximately 3 hours of travel, upon arriving at the Kapıkule border gate, we will complete customs and passport procedures, then cross into Bulgaria and proceed to the capital, Sofia.

Day 2 | Sofia

Following our arrival in Sofia in the morning, during our panoramic city tour of Sofia, we will see St. Nedelya Church, the Rotunda Church, the Russian Church, Hagia Sofia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry and Parliament buildings, Sofia University, the National Palace of Culture, the Banya Bashi Mosque designed by Mimar Sinan, and Serdika (Tolerance) Square. Afterwards, we will provide free time until 14:30. Then, we will transfer to our hotel, check in, and have free time. Guests who wish may join the Shopping Tour to be organized at 15:30. (20.€) We begin this tour with the world-famous Jumbo Store. At this store, which offers hundreds of thousands of products ranging from needles and thread to every kind of item, from home accessories and vehicle accessories to toys, we will have a 1-hour shopping break. Afterwards, we will proceed to Metro Store, where electronic, cleaning, alcoholic beverage, and textile products are sold economically. After another 1-hour shopping break here, we return to our hotel around 18:30 and conclude our tour. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Bulgarian Night, which will be completed with a live folklore show consisting of traditional local music and dance. (65.€ | A 3-course Bulgarian meal at a traditional restaurant & 20cl of wine or Bulgarian raki or a non-alcoholic beverage are included!) This event, which guests wishing to get to know Bulgarian culture and cuisine more closely may attend, begins with departure from the hotel at 20:00 and ends at the hotel at 23:00. Overnight at our hotel in Sofia.

Day 3 | Sofia – Koprivshtitsa

Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the Koprivshtitsa tour to be organized as an extra. (45.€) Our Koprivshtitsa tour, consisting of a panoramic walking tour and free time, begins with departure from the hotel at 10:00. Following a pleasant journey of approximately 2.5 hours and our arrival in Koprivshtitsa, we will have a half-hour panoramic walking tour, followed by free time to get to know the town, shop, and have lunch. With its cobblestone streets, spacious verandas, broad eaves, colorful houses overlooking the high mountains, and unique beauty, this town mesmerizes visitors. Tourists flock here from all over Bulgaria, and you will create unforgettable memories in this town amid the colorful autumn trees, the scent of smoke rising from chimneys, and magnificent views. We return to the hotel at 18:00.

Day 4 | Sofia – Plovdiv (Philippopolis) – Istanbul

After breakfast, we depart for Plovdiv at 08:30. Following a pleasant journey of approximately 2 hours, upon arriving in Plovdiv, one of Europe’s oldest cities with 8,000 years of history and known as “Philippopolis” during the Ottoman Empire, we will take a panoramic city tour offering the opportunity to see Byzantine, Greek, and Ottoman traces. The Dzhumaya Mosque, Sveta Bogoroditsa Church, the Ancient Theater, and Old Plovdiv will be visited. We will provide free time for lunch and shopping on Batenberg Street, the city’s liveliest shopping and entertainment center. During the free time, guests who wish may join the Thracian Valley Vineyard Visit and Wine Tasting tour to be organized as an extra (45.€). On this tour, we set out on an unforgettable wine tour in the Thracian Valley, one of the oldest wine regions in the world. In this magnificent valley, Bulgaria’s most important and largest wine region, a vineyard blending history with modern technology awaits you. This boutique winery, located just 40 minutes from Plovdiv, sits at the foothills of the Rhodope Mountains and offers a magnificent view. 🥇 Award-Winning Wines: The wines produced by blending the local red varieties Mavrud and Rubin have won many prestigious international awards. 🍷 Tasting Experience: We will taste 5 local wines accompanied by appetizers, with visits to the fermentation room, the cellar where the wine matures in oak barrels, the enoteca, and the wine tasting room. (Wine tasting is included in the price) 🌿 Vineyard Discovery: When weather conditions permit, you will also explore the vineyards. On this unique wine excursion, you will experience the magic of winemaking and add unforgettable flavors to your palate. After this tour, which will last 3 hours in total, we will pick up the guests remaining in Plovdiv city center and depart for Istanbul at 16:30. After a one-hour shopping and dinner break at Kasap Mustafa Market on the way, we will complete our passport and customs procedures at the Kapıkule border gate, enter Türkiye, and then arrive in Istanbul after approximately 3 hours of travel, marking the end of our tour.
