Day 1 – Saturday | Istanbul – Alexandroupolis (Dedeağaç)

We depart at 06:00 from Kadıköy Marriage Office, 06:30 from Mecidiyeköy Square in front of Bambi Cafe, 07:00 from in front of Ömür Plaza in İncirli, 07:30 from in front of Marmara Park AVM in Beylikdüzü, and 08:00 from in front of Vega Center in Silivri. (Please arrive at the specified locations at least 15 minutes before the departure times.) After approximately a 3-hour journey, we will complete customs and passport procedures and then cross into Greece, reaching the center of Alexandroupolis (Dedeağaç) in half an hour. After enjoying some free time in Dedeağaç, we will head to the hotel. After settling into our rooms, we will have leisure time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional Lidl Market & Jumbo Shopping Center organization for an additional €20. At 20:00, we will go back to the center of Dedeağaç for dinner and to explore the nightlife. The return to the hotel is scheduled for 23:00. You can independently try your luck at the Thraki Casino along the way, returning by taxi.

Day 2 – Sunday | Alexandroupolis – Porto Lagos – Xanthi – Komotini

We start the day with a delightful Sunday breakfast until 10:30. Guests who wish can join the optional WEST THRACE tour for an additional €35. After breakfast, guests participating in the tour will check out of their rooms by 10:00, and we will begin our tour with approximately an hour's journey to enchanting Porto Lagos, which features the sea on one side and a lake and forest on the other. We will take a photo break to see the Agios Nikolas church before moving on to Xanthi (Iskeçe). We will take a short panoramic walking tour through the old market, which consists of traditional old Turkish houses reminiscent of Safranbolu, an important settlement of the Turks of Western Thrace, before enjoying some free time in the numerous beautiful cafes and tavernas. After that, we’ll take a walk in the old market of Komotini (Gümülcine), where Turks also reside in large numbers. After tasting the famous Gümülcine coffees, we will collect our guests who stayed at the hotel and head towards the İpsala border gate. There will be an opportunity to shop at the Greek Freeshop during customs and passport procedures. We will arrive in Istanbul via İpsala, Keşan, and Tekirdağ, bringing our tour to an end.
