Important Notes • The tour duration is 2 nights and 3 days, including travel and return days, with 1 overnight stay at a hotel. One night involves travel. • Our tour package includes guiding, transportation, accommodation, and environmental visits as a single package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, environmental visits, etc., cannot be refunded. • Children discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child per two adults. For children aged 0-6 years, separate beds may not be provided during hotel stays. • In hotel accommodations, the third guest in triple rooms generally stays on an extra bed. • The hotels specified in the program are DGN Travel's preferred accommodation facilities. Based on regional availability and hotel capacity, changes may be made to the same standard of hotels. If requested 48 hours before the departure, hotel names will be communicated based on availability. • Room choices in hotels are determined by the hotel; no selection can be made among the rooms. • Rest stops may be changed due to density, renovations, or force majeure, provided the location and service standards remain the same. • Changes to the program schedule (such as the order of sightseeing points or between days) may occur based on weather, road conditions, crowd levels at the sites, etc., if deemed necessary by the guide. • Our tour is not responsible for sites not visited due to force majeure situations (weather, roads, crowd density, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the schedule provided by the guide. No rights or claims can be made by guests in such cases. • All our tours operate on a tiered pricing system. As reservations increase and the date approaches, prices may increase incrementally. DGN Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In such cases, prices cannot be fixed without prior payment. • Seat numbers and guarantees cannot be assured at reservation. Notes entered during reservation have no guarantee. No special seat choices such as front or back are provided. • The seating arrangement on the vehicle is made by DGN Travel administration based on reservation sequence. No refunds are available for seat dispute cases. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard. • Extra tours such as night tours are conducted depending on the number of participants and current personnel conditions. Extra tours on the way may be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join extra tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers by the guide. Guests who do not participate in extra tours accept to wait at the rest stop. • If an extra tour does not happen for any reason, guests cannot claim rights. DGN Travel is not responsible in this case. • Extra tour prices may vary according to the period. The applicable price at the time of the tour application is the one valid during the tour. Guests accept this when purchasing the tour. • No guaranteed seat numbers are given at reservation. Notes during reservation are not guaranteed. • Seat arrangements in the vehicle are made by DGN Travel based on reservation sequence; disputes cannot be refunded. All seats are of the same quality. • Extra tours such as night travels occur depending on the number of guests and staff limits. They will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining these tours will be directed to rest areas or city centers. • If an extra tour fails to occur for any reason, guests have no claim rights. DGN Travel bears no responsibility. • Extra tour prices may change seasonally. The applicable price will be for the travel date, not the purchase date. Guests accept this when purchasing. • No guarantees can be given regarding seat numbers or seat preferences at reservation. • The transport vehicle, hotel, meals, and all services provided by suppliers are not responsible for damages caused by guests. Establishments have the right to claim damages from guests. • Minors under 18 must carry a consent form signed by one or both parents if they do not travel with them. They must have the consent during the trip. • Guests should carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, medications, etc. • Delays may occur at departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc. • Estimated end times are not guaranteed; DGN Travel is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. • Guests will be dropped off at designated stops at the end of the tour; please do not insist on a different location. • According to traffic laws, all guests must wear seat belts throughout the journey; DGN Travel is not responsible for violations. • Personal belongings inside the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest. • Since the first day’s itinerary begins before check-in at the hotel, please prepare your items separately. • Due to the busy nature of the program, ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., may not always be available; guests are advised to be prepared. • Long distances may be traveled during the program; detailed information will be provided by the guide on the vehicle. • Lunch menus are regional and economical. Tables are arranged by zones depending on the crowd during lunch and dinner. • The starting and ending points of the tour are determined by regional demand. The confirmed initial and final routes can be learned 2 days prior by contacting us. • In cases where the tour does not reach enough participants, guests will be informed and the tour may be postponed or canceled, or tickets may be provided for the nearest departure point. The agency is obliged to notify guests at least three days in advance. No claims can be made in such cases. • Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the start date, without reason, will be refunded in full. Tour date cancellations do not include flight tickets. • Museum and archaeological site entries are not included in the tour fee. All entrance fees are paid by the guests. Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows guests to cancel or modify the purchased package tour without reason up to 72 hours before the start date. The full payment for the package tour is refunded without any deduction. This package does not include flights if the tour involves air travel. Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 The mandatory travel insurance with number 1618 covers the failure of the agency due to insolvency or other reasons, ensuring the delivery of the package tour services. It is included in the tour fee. It does not cover health insurance or treatment expenses. Private health insurance is the responsibility of the guest. Our Transportation Vehicles Depending on the number of participants, our transportation categories are as follows. No headsets are provided on our vehicles. Vehicles with TV units do not allow charging phones, and it is recommended to carry an external power bank to avoid battery depletion.
