- During the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros to be able to shop and spend money in all the countries included in the program. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas that use local currency. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is made in the seating plan daily, and fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - When entering Turkey from abroad, it is mandatory to have a minimum of 3 days of accommodation to bring goods (such as alcohol and cigarettes). - The duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol content, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including those with less than 22% alcohol content, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guides may change the program flow based on weather and road conditions, provided they show everywhere specified in the program. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days remain, a 100% penalty will be applied. Cancellation requests along with the provided documents such as hospital reports, workplace permission letters, etc., from Turkey are not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside of Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be reported by DGN TRAVEL. - In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning specific names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be announced by DGN TRAVEL 2 days before the tour movement. - During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by DGN TRAVEL 15 days prior to the tour departure date. - Triple rooms may be available depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of folding beds and coach beds, participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child accept the potential discomfort in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child who meets the age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour services are generally served in a separate hall assigned for groups and consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast appropriate to the breakfast culture of the country, usually consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guide narration from within the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites. DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not permit entrance due to closed roads for any event or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed. - During road travel, the waiting times at customs borders may exceed standard durations; DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for any inconveniences arising from such delays. - Extra tours are organized by local DGN TRAVEL with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient number is not achieved, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is optional and not obligatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in organized extra tours are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from that location after the tour is completed. - For those participating in air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities, and guests are required to carry them out at the airline counter or online on the airline's official website before the flight at the airports. - DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by DGN TRAVEL for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. All costs related to new round-trip ticket purchases and transfers in the destination region for those who miss their flight will be their responsibility. - DGN TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. DGN TRAVEL is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. Day 1


  • Istanbul – Sarajevo
  • Meeting point in front of the counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport processing, we depart for Sarajevo at 09:15 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC291. Arrival in Sarajevo at 10:10. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we leave the airport for a city tour. We start our tour with a walk in Başçarşı, the most remarkable bazaar in Europe. In this tour, which introduces this cultural city, we first see the Sebil Fountain, which has become a symbol of the bazaar, followed by Morica Han, one of the city’s most authentic points. Then we visit the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Suleiman the Magnificent. Continuing with the tour, we see the Clock Tower, the famous fountain which has become ritualized, and the meeting point of cultures, which is also where the Eternal Flame monument can be found. Afterwards, we have free time, during which guests can take photos at the Latin Bridge, where World War I began. After our tour, we have free time again. Guests wishing to join the extra Travnik Tour can participate (55 EUR). We depart for Travnik. Upon arrival in Travnik, we start with a visit to the old fortress, which was built during the Bosnian Kingdom and decorated during Ottoman rule. Afterwards, we visit the "Sulejmanije" Mosque, the first mosque built by the Ottomans in Bosnia. We take a walk in the city center. We stop by the home of Nobel Peace Prize-winning author Ivo Andric, who beautifully explained the reasons for ethnic discrimination in the Balkan geography. After visiting this museum, we see the Blue Water, rumored to be where Fatih Sultan Mehmed drank. We then head back to Sarajevo. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay in our hotel.

Day 2

  • Sarajevo – Konjic – Mostar – Počitel – Medjugorje (Blagaj-Kravice)
  • After breakfast at our hotel and checking out of our rooms, we depart for Mostar with our private buses. Guests wishing to join the extra Vrelo Bosne tour can participate (20 EUR). We visit Vrelo Bosne, the largest national park of Sarajevo, located at the foot of the Igman mountain, which includes the source of the Bosnia river and features excellent walking trails, carriage drivers, and authentic coffee houses. Our journey to Mostar will take approximately 2.5 hours with several stops. We first stop in Konjic to see the famous Konjic Bridge, which has been restored by Turkey, and enjoy a coffee break by the Neretva river. Then we arrive at Mostar, where we begin our walking city tour starting with the Mostar Bridge (built in 1557 by Mimar Hayreddin, this bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture). The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 thanks to significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We see the Koska Mehmet Paşa Mosque. After our Mostar tour, we visit the village of Počitel and have free time. Guests wishing to join the extra Blagay Tour can participate (20 EUR). We then transfer to Medjugorje (or its surroundings) for accommodation. Guests wishing to join the Kravice Waterfalls tour can participate (35 EUR). Overnight stay in our hotel.

Day 3

  • Trebinje – Podgorica (Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva)
  • After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. We will conduct a panoramic city tour in Podgorica, which has developed under European influence, and then transfer to our hotel. Guests wishing to join the extra Kotor-Tivat-Perast-Budva tour can participate (70 EUR). Our first destination is Kotor, a small but historically significant city that has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1979. During our walking city tour, we will see the important buildings of Kotor, which carries the Venetian architectural style, and then begin to walk around the Kotor Bay, visiting Perast, known for its unique scenery that looks like a postcard. The last stop on our journey along the precious shores of this bay is Tivat, known as the Monaco of Montenegro. You can relax in the luxurious cafes of Tivat or spend the day swimming or walking on the beach. After our tour, we head to Budva. After a panoramic tour in Budva, where we will see the island, which was once a fishing settlement and later nationalized and sold to a Singapore-based multimillionaire, we will make a stop to see the magnificent St. Stefan from a viewpoint before we transfer back to Podgorica for overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 4

  • Podgorica – Shkodra – Tirana (Shkodra Lake)
  • After breakfast at our hotel, guests wishing can join the extra lunch included Skadar Lake tour (65 EUR). Known as Shkodra Lake, this is the largest lake in the Balkans. This tranquil lake, home to over 270 species of birds, including the rare pelicans that are at risk of extinction, will mesmerize you with its nature. We will enjoy our lunch on the lake, which we will experience with our private boat, ending the tour in Rijeka Crnojevica and crossing into Albania through Shkodra. After we arrive in Tirana, we start our tour of the capital. It is a beautiful city that has survived through wars in the 20th century and experienced a 40-year dictatorship under Enver Hoxha, and was established in 1614 by Suleyman Pasha to become the capital of Albania in 1920. During our panoramic tour, we will see Ethem Bey Mosque, the Historical Clock Tower, the National History Museum, and the Opera House in Skanderbeg Square. The Parliament and Prime Ministry buildings, the Presidential Palace, Mother Teresa Square, and the Tirana Pyramid will be among the places we will see from our vehicle. After our tour, we will transfer to Tirana Airport.
