This information must be monitored personally by the guests. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times reported in accordance with airline regulations, or who do not conduct their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who conduct these procedures on time but do not board the plane. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights at the destination country, the baggage weight for these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to align with the guest's preferences as per the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast provided at the hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Typically, it is served as a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group. 28- In some cases, instead of a double room, a twin room may be provided. Many European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary. 29- The child and extra bedding policy may vary depending on each hotel's room types. 30- Any extra bed and baby cot will be provided upon request and will be contingent on the hotel’s availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- Extra bed implementation exists in triple rooms, where the extra bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Our guests declare that they accept the potential tightness and bed type in the rooms caused by extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 33- If the number and ages of children staying with adult guests are incorrectly declared during hotel reservations, the respective hotels may charge extra fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identity verification for age determination for children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only applicable when the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only for one “single child” that meets the age group alongside two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange is reflected in the TL prices. The current rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services to be received at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) may incur additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price during booking and are to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local-level taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes being implemented will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 37- The road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent must be aware that police may ask for a document showing mutual consent from both parents at country entries/exits; thus, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents take care in this matter.
