1st Day Istanbul – Amsterdam Meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures terminal in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter 3 hours prior to your flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, take the scheduled flight with Pegasus Airlines to Amsterdam. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour of Amsterdam including the Dam Square, Royal Palace, Flower Market, and Red Light District. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Check-in and overnight at the hotel. 2nd Day Amsterdam After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join an extra organized “Magnificent Holland Tour” (€85) [Amsterdam Canal Boat & Marken & Volendam & Zaanse Schans]. This includes visits to Marken and Volendam villages, Zaanse Schans windmills, a canal boat tour through Amsterdam’s waterways, and a visit to a diamond factory. In the canal tour, see the city’s bridges and scenery, often called the Venice of the North. Afterwards, visit the world-famous diamond factory. Inspired by the song "To see Holland’s true beauty, go to Volendam", this old fishing village on the harbor is charming and picturesque. The next stop is Marken, a quaint fishing village with small houses, where you can observe locals’ lives and buy affordable souvenirs. Then visit Zaanse Schans, a magical town with iconic windmills. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel for overnight stay. 3rd Day Amsterdam – Luxembourg After breakfast, depart for Luxembourg. Guests who wish can join an optional “Trier Tour” (€35) en route. Trier, Germany’s oldest city and a UNESCO World Heritage site, contains Roman-era buildings and monuments, including the Constantine Basilica (Aula Palatina), Karl Marx’s birthplace, Porta Nigra gate, and Trier Cathedral. The tour will last approximately and then continue to Luxembourg. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic evening city tour of Luxembourg, seeing the Petrus River Valley, historic old town with narrow streets, Constitution Square, the city cathedral, and Duke’s Palace. Return to the hotel for overnight stay. 4th Day Luxembourg – Paris After breakfast, depart for Paris. Guests may choose to take an optional “Reims (Champagne) Tour” (€35) en route. Reims, historically significant as a coronation city for French kings and known for its Gothic architecture, includes visits to Reims Cathedral, Tau Palace, Saint Remi Basilica, and La Porte de Mars. Continue to Paris and enjoy a panoramic city tour. Highlights include the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum and Pyramid, D’Orsay Museum, Arc de Triomphe, Place de l’Étoile, Napoleon’s Tomb, the Parliament Building, Alexander III Bridge, Grand Palace, and the Concorde Giyotin Square. Transfer to the hotel for overnight stay. 5th Day Paris After breakfast, guests can join an optional “Paris Combo Tour” (€95) [Eiffel Tower & Seine River Cruise & Montmartre & Sacré-Cœur & Notre Dame & Fragonard Perfume Museum]. Climb to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, take a one-hour Seine cruise around the islands, and visit Montmartre, the bohemian district with Sacré-Cœur Basilica and artist square. Visit Notre Dame Cathedral and take photos at the city’s zero point. Return to the hotel with the evening free. Guests who wish can also join an optional “Paris by Night Tour” (€30). Overnight in Paris. 6th Day Paris After breakfast, free time. Guests can opt for an optional “Magnificent Normandy & Outlet & St. Germain Tour” (€85). Visit Rouen, a medieval city with historic sights such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, Gros-Horloge, Palace of Justice, and Vieux Marché where Joan of Arc was tried and executed. Continue to the McArthurGlen outlet shopping center in Giverny for shopping and discounts. Return to Paris and explore the lively Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood, known for its cafes like Le Procope, and significant sites such as Luxembourg Gardens, Victor Hugo’s house, Saint Sulpice Church, Saint Michel Square, and Saint Germain des Prés Church. Return to the hotel. *Optional: Guests can visit Disneyland Paris instead of the Saint-Germain neighborhood; tickets can be purchased with assistance from the guide. Transportation to/from Disneyland is self-arranged. 7th Day Paris – Brussels After breakfast, depart for Brussels. Guests wishing can join an optional “Brugge City Tour” (€35) showcasing canals, historic bridges, UNESCO sites, and Belgian chocolates. Arrive in Brussels for a city tour including the Royal Palace, Chinese and Japanese Houses, Grand Place, Bourse Building, Atomium, Heysel Stadium, and Manneken Pis. Transfer to the hotel for overnight stay. 8th Day Brussels – Amsterdam – Istanbul After breakfast, transfer to Amsterdam Airport depending on flight time. Complete check-in procedures and depart with Pegasus Airlines for Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, the tour concludes.

Need to Know
GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it. 2- If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip; Wtatil reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation notice is communicated to the guest. The full tour fee is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour, such as internal connecting flights purchased from Wtatil, refunds are made if services are unused. If a visa service, travel health insurance, or similar service is used for visa application on behalf of the guest, these cannot be refunded as they are considered used; if no visa application has been made, visa and travel health insurance services are canceled and the fee is refunded. If the guest obtained the internal connecting flight from an provider other than Wtatil, the cancellation of the tour by Wtatil does not entitle the guest to any refund from Wtatil. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance that any material or moral loss arising from the tour's cancellation is borne by them, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not achieved, Wtatil may, in good faith, choose not to cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be arranged individually for the guest, and the guided services included in the package will only cover round-trip transfers abroad. Cancellations and Changes 4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by informing Wtatil in writing at least 30 days before the departure date. Barring air tickets purchased and/or committed to the airline, cancellations made within this period are fully refundable. For cancellations less than 30 days before the start, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee applies if canceled between 31 days and 15 days before departure; for cancellations 15 days or less before departure, the full tour fee is penalized. For services purchased additionally such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, or travel insurance, cancellation/refund conditions depend on the timing of cancellation; prior inquiry is necessary. Wtatil cannot guarantee refunds for supplementary services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the availability of museums and archaeological sites, weather conditions, etc. During the tours, other guides may accompany the guests. 6- The panoramic city tours included in the package are designed for general orientation, are guided from the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. If these tours cannot be performed due to local restrictions, closures, or weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or via public transportation in restricted areas. 7- The guide may change the schedule of city or additional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of sites. This also applies to changes in flight times. 8- For tours involving Speed Boats: guests should avoid heavy eating immediately before boarding and not drink excessive water. Guests with stomach, back, neck issues, or pregnant guests must inform the guide. 9- Services included in the prices, such as specific tours or meals, are not refundable if not utilized. Flights Information 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline; in case of disputes, Turkish regulations along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will be applied. 11- Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed or rescheduled. Wtatil is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Guests accept the risk of changes or cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay for airport taxes. 13- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is unused, the return ticket will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those on flight-based tours are personal responsibilities, to be performed by guests at the airport or online before the flight. 15- Last-minute delays, gate changes, or announcements are made at the airport; guests are responsible for following this information. 16- Guests not present at the designated time and location for check-in and boarding, or who do not complete procedures on time, are not entitled to the flight or tour. Rebooking and related expenses for missed flights are borne solely by the guest. 17- The luggage weight limit for flights from Turkey is generally 20 kg, but may vary depending on the airline and destination (for domestic flights, often 15 kg). Excess baggage fees are determined by the airline; Wtatil is not responsible. 18- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class) may do so after ticket issuance, subject to airline availability. No guarantee of miles for each flight; check if the program tickets are eligible for an upgrade. 19- Some airlines may charge extra for meal services and online check-in. Other Matters 20- Wtatil is not responsible for any changes or cancellations directly made by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, hotel cancellation policies apply. 21- If hotel names are not specified but only category or options are given, Wtatil will inform guests of the hotel name 48 hours before the departure. 22- In event of special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, sports tournaments, hotels may operate at greater distances from the specified locations. Guests will be informed at least 15 days prior to departure. 23- During reservation, guests must ensure their passport information (name, date of birth, passport number) is entered correctly into the system. Flights are issued based on this data. Any errors leading to cancellation or changes by the airline incur penalties borne by the guest. 24- Guests should verify with their phone provider before traveling abroad to ensure their phone is unlocked and can be used internationally. 25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 26- Wtatil forwards special requests regarding rooms (high floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed types) to the hotel. These are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 27- Breakfast served by hotels is generally continental, consisting of limited options such as bread, butter, jam, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a dedicated room for groups. 28- Some double rooms may have twin beds that can be joined if needed. 29- Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel and room type. 30- Extra beds and cribs are provided upon request and subject to availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or cribs in a room is one. 32- In triple rooms, an additional bed may be smaller than standard, consisting of one large bed plus a folding bed or coach bed. Guests accept potential crowding in such arrangements. 33- If the number of adults and children or children’s ages are misreported, the hotel may charge extra. The responsibility lies with the guest. The hotel may request age verification. 34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed; child rates are valid only if the child is sharing with two adults and within the specified age range. 35- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect prices during the day. Current rates at payment apply. Additional services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are extra and paid directly at the hotel. 36- Local taxes such as city and tourism taxes apply according to the country’s regulations and are collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. 37- The distances provided in the program are map-based; travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, country-specific conditions, or road work. 38- Wtatil reserves the right to make changes to the city sequence or airline used without altering the core content of the program in case of necessity. 39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports, and ID cards are the guests’ responsibility; Wtatil is not responsible for loss or theft. Costs related to the recovery of lost items are borne by the owner. 40- Guests must carry their travel health insurance documents, medication, and reports during the trip. 41- Extra expenses such as deposits might be requested at the hotel, paid by the guest at check-in; deposits are refunded at check-out, with no direct involvement from Wtatil. Visa and Passport 42- Visa is not required for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- To get entry/exit stamps at border crossings, passports should have at least 2 blank pages. 45- Visa exemption does not guarantee entry; border authorities have the right to refuse entry or exit. Wtatil is not responsible. 46- Guests with non-Turkish or dual nationality must check visa procedures with the relevant consulates; Wtatil is not responsible for penalties resulting from non-compliance. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged may cause problems at border crossings; renewal is necessary to avoid issues. Responsibility rests with the guest. 48- Guests under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware they might be asked to show notarized consent documents; both minors and parents are advised to be prepared.
