Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use by contacting the company your line belongs to. 25- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room made by Wtatil (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel. Every effort is made to ensure that the allocated rooms match the guest’s preferences according to the hotel’s availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast served in hotels differs from the rich breakfasts customary in Turkish cuisine. It is usually offered as a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups it may be served in a separate room allocated to the group. 28- In some cases, a double room may have a double bed instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be joined together if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type. 30- Any extra bed or baby cot is provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1 item at most. 32- In triple rooms, an extra bed is used; in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are folding beds and/or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in rooms and the bed type resulting from the extra beds added to standard rooms in triple-room and/or child-inclusive reservations. 33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children stated in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to verify the age of children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, the child may not have a separate bed. Child prices are valid only if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a single child in the age group eligible to stay with 2 adults. 35- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services you receive at the hotel (mini bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different local, city, tourism, or other tax practices. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit. 37- The travel distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks, and road conditions. 38- In compulsory or necessary cases, Wtatil may change the order of the cities in the program and the main airline to be used without altering the content of the program. 39- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification documents of the participants are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the owner. 40- Participants in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, the relevant medications and medical reports with them. 41- For possible extra expenses, upon hotel check-in, the hotel may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a matter between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no involvement. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. 43- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip. 44- In order for entry/exit stamps to be placed in your passport at customs/border crossings, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages. 45- Exemption from a visa for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to refuse entry to or exit from the country, and Wtatil is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the traveler. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who will participate in the tour using the passport of another country due to dual citizenship must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedures applied by the destination country to the passport they will use; otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for the consequences. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged in a similar way must be renewed in order to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Since children under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by the police officer at the country’s entry/exit to present a document showing the mutual consent of both parents, our guests under 18 and their parents should be careful about this.
