Day 1: Istanbul-Doha MARCH 14, 2026

Meeting at Qatar Airways counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures terminal at 17:00. After our baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR246 at 20:10.

Day 2: Doha-Bangkok MARCH 15, 2026

Arrival in Doha at 00:10. Afterward, we depart for Bangkok on Qatar Airways flight QR834 at 01:45. After our breakfast on the plane, we arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport at 12:05 local time. Meet our guide at the airport and transfer to our special vehicles to begin the Bangkok city tour, where we will visit the Golden Buddha Temple, Flower Market, Chinatown, Parliament Building, and the Democracy Monument among other places. During this tour, we will have the opportunity to closely observe both the exotic beauty of Bangkok and Buddhism, which significantly impacts Thailand. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel, distribute the rooms and settle in; those who wish can join our optional Bangkok Canals Tour. In the evening, those interested can join our optional Baiyoke Tour.

Without joining this tour, one has not truly seen Bangkok. During our tour, we will have the opportunity to discover interesting views that cannot be found anywhere else in the world on our private boat along Bangkok's historic canals. We will closely observe the life of the Thai people on the canals while witnessing the mingling of the rich and poor in Thailand. We will also feed sacred catfish in front of one of the temples.

Optional Tour: Baiyoke Sky Dinner Tour & Asiatique Riverfront Night Market: Per Person 50 Euro

In this tour, which takes place in Baiyoke Sky, the tallest building in Thailand at 309 meters with 85 floors, we enjoy an open buffet dinner against a magnificent view at the restaurant located on the 77th floor where you can see the entire city from 360 degrees. Next, we will visit Asiatique, Bangkok’s newest entertainment hub built in the region where the first trade between European countries and Thailand occurred, intertwined with history and modernism, including over 1500 shops and restaurants. Free time for shopping and then transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3: Bangkok MARCH 16, 2026

After breakfast, there will be free time. Those who wish can participate in the optional Floating Market Tour or in the optional Chao Praya Dinner Cruise Tour in the evening. Overnight at our hotel.

In this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in Samut Songkram, known for the internationally recognized Siam Twins. Here we will learn how the Thai people utilize coconut trees and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. Afterward, we take a 10-minute bus ride to the dock where Thai-style boats depart. We board the boats and enjoy a delightful journey of approximately half an hour amidst delicious exotic Far Eastern scenery until we reach the famous Floating Market, featured on magazine covers and documentaries, where we can see and shop in the open market set up in the canoes. On the way back to Bangkok, we will have the chance to taste the famous tropical fruits of Thailand.

Optional Tour: Chao Praya Dinner Cruise: Per Person 50 Euro

In this tour, a live music dinner awaits you on our boat, which is 41 meters wide on the river of kings, the Chao Praya, known as the Venice of the East. After dinner, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Bangkok-Pattaya MARCH 17, 2026

After breakfast, we head to Pattaya. We visit the world-famous jewelry factory owned by the royal family and then arrive at Pattaya, Thailand's most famous entertainment resort. Transfer to our hotel and free time. Those who wish can participate in the optional Elephant Safari and Crocodile Farm Tour. After the tour, those interested may again join the optional world-famous Alcazar Show in the evening. Overnight at your hotel.

In this amazing tropical garden, which has won the best-organized garden award for years in Thailand, we guarantee you will take many photos. First, we will watch a cultural show where we will learn about Thai culture. After watching Thai dances, Thai boxing show, and re-enactments of historical battles, we will move to the second section to witness the incredible performances of elephants, the symbols of Thailand. Afterward, we will explore the mesmerizing garden and see varieties of orchids in a special section.

Day 6: Pattaya - Phuket MARCH 19, 2026

After breakfast, we transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After our ticket and baggage procedures, we take a pleasant flight with a local airline to Phuket, lasting approximately 1.5 hours. Arrival in Phuket and transfer to our hotel with our special vehicle. Those who wish can join the optional Siam Niramit Show Tour in the evening.

We organize a full-day trip to possibly the most exotic island in Thailand by speedboat. We quickly reach Phi Phi Don, one of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket. We will see monkeys at Monkey Beach and have the opportunity to swim and snorkel with colorful fish. There will also be time to swim and sunbathe in Maya Bay, where parts of the movie The Beach starring Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio were filmed, surrounded by palm trees and pristine turquoise sea. After visiting Viking Cave, we will have our lunch on Phi Phi Island.

Day 9: Bangkok-Doha-Istanbul MARCH 22, 2026

Transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After our ticket and baggage procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR 843 at 08:20. Arrival in Doha at 11:30 local time. Afterwards, we depart for Istanbul on Qatar Airways' scheduled flight at 14:10. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 18:40 and end of our tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS 1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be assessed independently of the tour program. 2- In the event sufficient participation is not provided for the trip; Wtatil may cancel the tour as long as it provides notice of the cancellation 21 days prior to the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour; any domestic flight connections purchased from Wtatil will also be refunded to the guest, visa services, and if travel health insurance has been used for the visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered utilized. If the guest has obtained domestic flight connections independently from Wtatil through a different provider, Wtatil shall not be liable for any refund requests in the event of cancellation of the tour by Wtatil. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation of the tour when purchasing the tour, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible. 3- If sufficient participation is not provided for the trip, Wtatil has the right to demonstrate goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour would have to be arranged separately for the guest, the included guidance service in the package will only cover the round-trip airport transfer for the international departure. Cancellation and Change 4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Wtatil in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been undertaken by Wtatil. If the start date of the trip is less than 31 days away, it is possible to cancel by paying a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket fee; and if the date of the trip is 15 days or less away, it is possible to cancel by paying the full penalty fee. In the event of a cancellation request, information should be requested in advance regarding the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance, as their refund conditions may vary based on the cancellation request period. Wtatil cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general presentation of the cities and are done in a panoramic style with a guide's narration from the vehicle, not including entrance to museums and archaeological sites, lasting for a maximum of 2-3 hours. If panoramics tours are unable to be conducted due to restrictions set by local authorities on entry and visitation, or if the tours cannot take place due to bad weather, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to hold these tours. Some tours may be done using public transport or on foot where road access is restricted. 7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours, depending on the number of participants and whether the museum and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times. 8- For tours conducted using Speed Boats, guests should be mindful of the following precautions: do not eat heavy meals just before boarding the boat and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with digestive issues, back, neck problems or pregnant guests should inform their guide of their conditions. 9- If the services included in the price are not utilized, there will be no refund. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes the relevant provisions of Turkish law as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- Delays or changes in flight times may occur for scheduled and charter flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations of flight times when purchasing the tour. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in tours with flights are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be completed by guests at the airport before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline’s websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and shown on the information boards in the area. Guests must follow this information themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by the airlines in accordance with airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, who complete the procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transportation in the destination area for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage limit may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class), upgrades may be carried out after the tickets have been issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check with your airline for your membership status). No guarantees are provided for mileage upgrades for each flight. Check if the tickets in the program are eligible for upgrades. 19- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meal and online check-in services. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation made by the guest directly with the hotel. In this case, Wtatil's cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where the hotel name is not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided, and/or when options are presented for the same destination, Wtatil will inform the guest 48 hours prior to departure. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, Wtatil will notify the guest 15 days prior to the departure date. 23- At the time of tour registration, the guest must correctly enter the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred for incorrect information leading to flight ticket cancellations or changes will be charged to the guests. 24- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check in advance with your mobile service provider to ensure that your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey. 25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 26- Requests regarding the room (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Wtatil. Efforts will be made to ensure that reserved rooms comply with the guest's preferences according to hotel availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- The breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- In some cases, a double bed may be substituted for a twin bed. Most European hotels provide rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies vary for each hotel based on room types. 30- Any extra beds or baby cribs are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is one (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, an extra bed application exists, and the bed provided for the 3rd guest is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds may consist of folding beds or couches known as coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept the congestion and bed types that may occur in the rooms due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations. 33- If the information regarding the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification regarding children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child rates apply only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to “single child” who fits within the age group staying with two adults. 35- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in the TL prices. Current rates at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and some extra services you receive at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) will be subject to additional charges as determined by the hotel and will not be included in the purchase price, to be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All types of city, tourism, or other taxes that may apply in this way are collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 37- The distances given in programs are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical locations, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the sequence of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of necessity or at its discretion. 39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identification of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred during delivery to the country and/or individual will be borne by the owner of the item. 40- Individuals participating in the tour must have their travel health insurance policies and any medical issues and reports with them. 41- For potential extra expenses, the hotel may require a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The return of deposits requested at checkout is a process between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Visa and Passport 42- No visa application is required for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip. 44- For customs crossings/border gates, the passport must have at least 2 blank pages for entry-exit stamps. 45- Being exempt from visas for entering the countries in this tour does not mean that entry/exit can be assured; the passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry or exit, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applicable to the chosen passport, otherwise, Wtatil will not be responsible for any consequences. 47- To avoid issues with customs police at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is required to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler. 48- Guests under 18 years old may be asked for a document showing consent from both parents upon entering or exiting the country when traveling alone or with only one parent. It is advised that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this matter.
