Guidance Services and Extra Tours 5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with narration from the vehicle, not including museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to local authorities not granting permission for sightseeing, closed roads for any activities, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Wtatil is not responsible for the inability to perform these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where closed roads or restricted vehicle access applies. 7- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours according to the number of participants, the closure of museums and archaeological sites, and potential changes in flight schedules. 8- Important points to consider for our tours conducted on Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten just before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides. 9- There is no refund for participation in included tour or meal services when not attended. About Flights 10- Wtatil acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of potential disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply. 11- There may be delays or changes in the flight schedule for charter and scheduled flights. Wtatil is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours with flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airport before the flight, either at the airline counters or online through the airline's website. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airline's rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who check-in and board on time but fail to board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and local transfers necessary for guests who miss the flight are the responsibility of the guests themselves. 17- The general baggage weight for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Extra baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); the upgrade process can be carried out based on the airline's availability after the ticket is issued (check the airline you are a member of). Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest to the hotel. In this case, Wtatil’s cancellation conditions will apply. 21- In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided, or options are presented for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to the guest by Wtatil 48 hours before the travel date. 22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used farther from the specified locations or distances. In such cases, Wtatil will provide information 15 days before the departure date of the tour. 23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/report the name, birth date, and passport number as stated in the passport into the system. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Any penalties incurred from ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your service provider before leaving Turkey whether your phone is enabled for international use. 25- Check-in time for accommodation at hotels is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. 26- Requests regarding rooms (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated by Wtatil to the hotel. The reserved rooms are aimed to meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. However, the realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Wtatil. 27- Breakfast offered at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly found in Turkish cuisine. It is usually served with limited options, typically called a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- In some cases, instead of a double bed room, a room with two twin beds may be available. Most European hotels provide rooms with 2 beds that can be combined as needed. 29- The child and extra bed policy may vary among hotels, depending on the room types. 30- Any extra bed or baby crib is provided upon request and must be approved by the hotel based on availability. 31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cribs in the room is a maximum of 1 (one). 32- Extra bed applications are available in triple rooms, but the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests accept that due to the extra beds added to a standard room in triple room and/or child reservations, any crowding and bed type issues in the rooms are acknowledged. 33- If the number of children and their ages to stay with adults in hotel reservations are inaccurately declared by the guests, the respective hotels may charge extra fees. In such situations, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification for age verification for children. 34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, a separate bed for the child may not be provided. Child prices are only applicable in cases where the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for "one child" in the applicable age group next to 2 adults. 35- Daily exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. The rates valid at the time of payment are applicable. Additional requests and certain extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the payment at the time of booking and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city or tourism taxes being applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel upon entry or exit. 37- Travel distances provided in the programs are based on map measurements. Journey times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road works, and conditions. 38- Wtatil can change the sequence of cities in the program or the main airline to be used without altering the content of the program in necessary situations or at its discretion. 39- Guests’ personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for items that are forgotten, lost, or stolen. In case the forgotten items are found, any costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person are borne by the owner of the items. 40- Guests participating in the tour are required to have their travel health insurance policies and any necessary medications and reports with them. 41- For any potential extra expenses, hotels may request a deposit in cash or by credit card, accompanied by an official photo ID/passport upon check-in. The reimbursement of the required deposit upon check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil has no intervention in this matter. Wtatil is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using their other country passport must consult the relevant consulates about the visa procedures of the country they will travel to. Otherwise, Wtatil will not be held responsible for any consequences arising. 47- Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at the customs control while crossing the borders of the countries to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with just one parent may be required by border control to show a consent document from both parents for entry or exit to/from the country; therefore, it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents take this into consideration.
