INFORMATION - It is sufficient to have Euro in order to make purchases and expenses in all the countries included in the tour. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to have a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening. - In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is implemented daily in the seat planning, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days to bring items (alcohol - cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad. - The free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol content, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol content, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - Guides in the tour program can make changes in the program flow as long as they show every place mentioned in the program, depending on weather and road conditions. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour. In case of cancellation within less than 30 days of the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. Cancellation requests along with hospital reports, work permission documents, and other documents obtained from authorities in Turkey are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services outside of Turkey. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by DGN Travel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names of hotels in the tour program and/or when there are options available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by DGN Travel 2 days before the travel date. - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, DGN Travel will provide information 15 days prior to the tour's departure date. - Triple rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds consist of folding or coach beds, the participants declare that they accept the possibility of tightness in rooms for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child of the applicable age group accompanying 2 adults. - The breakfast provided at the hotel as part of the tour services consists of a limited menu generally referred to as continental breakfast, suitable to the local breakfast culture of the country visited, typically including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned for the group. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction to the cities and conducted as panoramic tours with guided narration from within the vehicle, excluding entrance to museums and historical sites, and are usually limited to 2-3 hours. DGN Travel is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours if local authorities do not permit entry due to closures caused by any events or closed roads during the tour date, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access by vehicle is not allowed. - Waiting times at customs gates when traveling by road may exceed standards; DGN Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting periods. - Extra tours are organized by our local DGN Travel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historic sites and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip accept to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour concludes. - For participants in flights with tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities, and must be conducted by guests at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's websites before the flight. - DGN Travel is not responsible for guests who are not ready at the airport at the time specified by DGN Travel, fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete these procedures but miss the flight. Any expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers related to the destination for those who miss their flight will be borne by the passengers. - DGN Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be delays in scheduled and charter flights, or travel times may change before the existing trip and flight. DGN Travel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows.   • Meeting point in front of the Pegasus Airlines check-in counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departure Terminal. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Pristina at 08:15 aboard the Pegasus Airlines flight PC341. Arrival in Pristina at 08:50. After passport, baggage, and customs procedures, we will depart for a city tour of Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, home to a predominantly Muslim Albanian population and one of the youngest nations in the world. We will have an emotionally charged day in this former Ottoman territory where a humanitarian drama occurred not long ago. The panoramic tour includes places such as the Bazaar, the Bazaar Mosque built by Sultan Beyazid in the 15th century, and the clock tower built in the 19th century to remind the public of prayer times. We then have some free time. Guests may participate in an optional tour to Prizren, considered one of the most charming cities in the Balkans and Kosovo (45 EUR). Our first stop will be Prizren via a short bus ride. During the panoramic tour, we will see the Turkish Bath from the 17th century, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Fortress. Afterward, we will have free time to explore this charming city. Following this tour, we will head to Tirana. We will have a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, which suffered from wars throughout the 20th century and endured a 40-year dictatorship under Enver Hoxha, the mountainous Balkan country that was established by Suleiman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920. We will see some of the places, including the Et'hem Bey Mosque, the historical Clock Tower, the National Museum, the Opera and Ballet Building, the Parliament and Prime Ministry Buildings, the Presidential Palace, and the statue of Mother Teresa, as well as Skanderbeg Square. After the Tirana tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Day 2

  • After breakfast at the hotel, we will have some free time. Guests may join an optional tour to Kruja (35 EUR). Kruja is one of the most beautiful places to see in Albania. Historical town known as Akçahisar during the Ottoman period, located 20 km north of Tirana, the capital of Albania. Surrounded by steep cliffs, the castle spans an area of 800 meters and has surrounding walls. In Kruja, the Iskender Bey Museum, the Yellow Saltuk Lodge, the Esad Toptani Pasha Mansion, Kruja Castle, the Dolma Baba Bektashi Tekkesi, and the Ottoman Bath, and the Murat Bey Mosque are among the must-see places. After the tour, we will head to Ohrid, known as the pearl of the Balkans, through Elbasan. Upon arrival, we will begin our city tour of Ohrid, named after Lake Ohrid, one of the largest lakes in the Balkans, and regarded as a Mediterranean town in the Balkans. Our tour will start at the Harbor Square, where we will talk about the statues and conclude the tour with a walk through the neighborhood of the historic Ohrid houses, where the TV series Elveda Rumeli was filmed, and see the historic Ottoman houses, the Church of St. Sophia, and the presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearls, the biggest symbol of Ohrid. After this, guests may join an optional boat activity on Lake Ohrid (15 EUR). After the tour, we will have free time. Transfer to our hotel. Guests can join an optional Makedonian Night Tour (45 EUR). Day 3

  • Ohrid (St. Naum – Resne – Bitola (Manastir) – Tetova (Kalkandelen) – Skopje
  • After breakfast at the hotel, we will have free time. Guests may participate in the St. Naum – Resne – Bitola tour (65 EUR). We will depart from in front of the hotel for the St. Naum - Resne - Bitola tour. First, we will travel about an hour to St. Naum with stunning views. We will visit the source where Lake Ohrid originates. The magnificent scenery here will take your breath away. Next, we will proceed to Resne. There we will see the Palace of Niyazi, one of the three famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress, who became famous for their contributions during the Turkish-Greek War, before we arrive in Bitola. During our city tour of Bitola, we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, the Ishak Mosque, the Yeni Mosque, the Haydar Kadı Mosque, and experience the most emotional moments at Atatürk’s Military Academy, where he graduated, and the Atatürk Museum. After the tour, we will head to Tetova, known to the Macedonians as Tetovo and as Kalkandelen in our history. Here we will visit the world-famous Alaca Mosque and the medrese, along with the city center. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel.   • After breakfast at the hotel, we will have a panoramic city tour. Our tour will begin with the Macedonian side, known as the land of statues, where the cultural divide is made by the famous Vardar River. We will first see the impressive statue of Alexander the Great, and then cross the Historic Skopje Stone Bridge over the Vardar River to witness how instantly cultures change as we enter the Skopje Turkish Bazaar, where we will start the bazaar tour at the historic Davut Pasha Bath. We will continue our tour visiting the Kapan Han, one of the most important structures of the Ottoman bazaar organization, as well as the Murad Pasha Mosque that has survived earthquakes. After our visits, there will be one hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. Among the items to consider are Shushka pepper, Ustrumca roasted peanuts, and slippers. Guests can join an optional Matka Canyon tour (35 EUR). We will first visit the famous and beautiful Matka Canyon. Afterward, we will take a boat to explore the depths of the canyon. Following the tour, we will transfer to Pristina Airport. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC344 at 17:40.
