Important Notes
- In order to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas using local currency.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- Our tours implement a rotation system for seat planning daily, and fixed seat or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- To bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
- The duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- During the tour, guides may make changes to the program flow as long as it is guaranteed that they will show all locations specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour date. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if made 20 days or less before the tour, a 100% penalty applies. Cancellation requests along with documents such as hospital reports, workplace permission letters from Turkey, etc., will not be accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked abroad.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date will be 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where hotels are listed only by category information and/or alternative options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the travel movement.
- During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made from foldable and coach bed types, so participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted any possible congestion and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only for one child of the applicable age group staying with two adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and do not include museum or archaeological site admission fees. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours and are subject to local authority permissions. Viyatravel is not responsible for any inability to conduct these tours due to closures caused by events or weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot in locations where vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at customs gates when crossing by road may exceed standard times; Viyatravel is not responsible for adverse experiences arising from these waiting times.
- Optional tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions may not be held, or additional excursion prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change based on the operating hours or closure status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and the weather conditions, as determined by the guide.
- Extra tours are not mandatory and are based on the participant's willingness. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same location after the tour is completed.
- For individuals participating in flights with the tour, the check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters or online on the airline's website before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for those who are not present at the designated airport at the times indicated by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, who do not carry out check-in and boarding in a timely manner, or who miss the flight after completing check-in and boarding. All expenses for new round-trip plane tickets and transfers in the region due to missed flights are the responsibility of the individuals.
- Viyatravel is an intermediary organization between passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Viyatravel is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not have to pay airport tax and service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of people as follows. The type of vehicle will be assigned based on the number of participants in each tour.

- In all our flights, the weight of your checked bag may not exceed 23 kg.
- Your cabin baggage must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat and must comply with the dimensions and weight specified, which are 40x20x55 cm and 8 kg.
- All guests are deemed to have accepted the aforementioned terms upon completing the sale of the tour.
Day 1
- Istanbul – Niš - Skopje
- Meeting at Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal at Air Serbia Counter at 14:00. After ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Niš on Air Serbia Airlines flight JU1805 at 17:00. Arrival in Niš at 17:25 local time. After baggage, passport, and customs procedures, we start our tour in the city of Niš, one of the oldest cities in history and the birthplace of Emperor Constantine, the founder of Istanbul, which is also the 3rd largest city in Serbia. Following our panoramic tour, we move towards the capital of North Macedonia, Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, we will have a brief panoramic tour before heading to our hotel. Day 2
- Skopje – Kosovo (Prizren) – Skopje (Balkan Night)
- After breakfast, we set off for a tour of Kosovo, where the majority of the population consists of Muslim Albanians, one of the youngest states in the world. We visit the 19th-century Ottoman Mansion near the capital of Kosovo, Pristina, and the Tomb of Murad I (Hüdavendigar), who was martyred by Obilic in the Kosovo Field Battle, one of the greatest victories of the Ottomans in the Balkans. We then move on to Prizren. Prizren is perhaps one of the sweetest cities in the Balkans, and during our panoramic tour, we will see the 17th-century Turkish Bath, Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Fortress. After the tour and some free time, we return to the capital of Macedonia, Skopje. Upon arrival in Skopje, we begin our tour of the city, divided by the famous Vardar River of two different cultures, starting with the Macedonian side known as the land of statues. Among the statues we will see is the giant statue of Alexander the Great, followed by a crossing of the historical Skopje Stone Bridge over the Vardar River, experiencing firsthand how cultures change. We then move on to the Skopje Turkish Bazaar, one of the most qualified bazaars of the Ottomans in the Balkans. Our tour of the bazaar starts as we discuss the statues found at the entrance and visit the historical Davut Pasha bath, then continue to see Kapan Han, an important structure of the Ottoman bazaar organization, and the Murat Pasha Mosque, which has survived despite earthquakes. After our visits, there will be an hour of free time for shopping in the Turkish Bazaar. We can buy Şuşka peppers, ustrumca peanuts, shoes among others. After our tour, there will be a Balkan night at a local restaurant determined by the guide, included in the tour price. After our entertainment, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel. Day 3
- Skopje – Matka Canyon – Tetovo (Kalkandelen) – Ohrid
- After breakfast, we head to the Matka Canyon, known for its unique beauty, and after a nature walk, guests can take a boat ride on the famous canyon during free time. After our tour, we move on to Tetovo, the second-largest city in Macedonia, predominantly inhabited by Muslim Albanians. We will see the city panoramically and visit the Alaca Mosque in Tetovo, which has a rare architecture in the Balkans, before passing through the Mavrovo Mountains to the jewel of the Balkans, Ohrid. Upon arrival, we start our city tour of Ohrid, which is one of the largest lakes in the Balkans that gives its name to the city and resembles a Mediterranean town in the Balkans. We start our tour at the Harbor Square, discussing the statues there and walking through the neighborhood where the historical Ohrid houses, where the TV series Elveda Rumeli was filmed, are located. We will see historic Ottoman houses, the Church of Saint Sophia, and conclude our tour with a presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, which is the biggest symbol of Ohrid. Day 4
- Ohrid - St. Naum - Elbasan - Tirana - Shkodra
- After breakfast at our hotel, we leave for St. Naum, with magnificent views during our approximately 1-hour journey. We will visit the spring where Lake Ohrid emerges. The views here are breathtaking. After passing through the city of Elbasan, we head towards the capital, Tirana. We will carry out a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, which has endured wars throughout the 20th century and experienced the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha for 40 years, and was established by Suleiman Pasha in 1614, becoming the capital of Albania in 1920. During the tour, we will see Ethem Bey Mosque, the historical Clock Tower, the National Museum, the Opera and Ballet House, the Parliament and Prime Minister’s buildings, the Presidential Palace, the statue of Mother Teresa, and Skanderbeg Square. After the Tirana tour, we will have some free time. We will then reach the city of Shkodra and check into our hotel. ISKODRA Breakfast: Included in the tour, taken at our hotel. - After breakfast at our hotel, we cross into Montenegro, one of the youngest states in the world. Our first stop is St. Stefan, an island once used by fishermen and has now become a vacation spot for the jet-set after being expropriated and sold to a Singaporean billionaire, where we can view it panoramically from a nearby point (Depending on the availability in the parking lot). Continuing along the roads with stunning views along the Adriatic coast, we will see Budva panoramically, and then head to Kotor, which is an important historical and natural paradise and tourism attraction. Walking through Stari Grad (Old Town-Fortress), we will get to know this charming place. After our Kotor tour, we will proceed to the city where we will have our accommodation. Overnight in Medjugorje, Trebinje, or Surrounding Areas. Breakfast: Included in the tour, taken at our hotel. Day 6
- Medjugorje – Mostar – Blagaj - Konjic – Sarajevo
- After breakfast at our hotel, we move towards the historical city of Mostar. Upon arrival in Mostar, we will see Mostar Bridge during our city tour on foot. (The bridge, designed by Architect Hayreddin, was built in 1557 and is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture.) The bridge was destroyed by Croat artillery in 1992 but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We explore the old city bazaar. After free time, we head to Blagaj, known as the land of Alperens. After visiting Blagaj, we move towards the capital, Sarajevo. We will stop in the city of Konjic (Konyitz), where we will see the famous Konjic Bridge, which has been restored by Turkey from the Ottoman period to the present, and we will take a coffee break by the banks of the Neretva River. After our break, we arrive in Sarajevo. We will take a stroll in the most sought-after shopping area in Europe, Baščaršija. Our tour of this cultural city begins at the Sebilj Fountain, which has become a symbol of the city, followed by the visit to Morica Han, one of the most authentic spots in the city. Afterward, we will visit the Husein Bey Mosque, a relative of Kanuni Sultan Suleyman. Our tour continues with the Clock Tower, the famous fountain that has become a ritual, and we will also see the spot where cultures meet, which is also the location of the Eternal Flame monument, a symbol of the city, before moving on to our free time, where guests can take pictures of the Latin Bridge, known for being the place where World War I broke out. Dinner will be at a local restaurant, including Bosnian meatballs, which is part of the tour price. After our tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel. - After breakfast, we set off for Belgrade. Following our journey, we start our city tour of Belgrade, the new symbol of liveliness and dynamism, one of Europe's oldest cities, at the most elegant street, Knez Mihailova. Then we visit the Belgrade Fortress, where Mehmed the Conqueror was wounded but the conquest was destined for Suleyman the Magnificent. Inside the fortress, we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, Damat Ali Pasha's tomb, the Sokullu Fountain, and the terrace overlooking the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, which offers the best view of the city.
