Baku Tour with Turkish Airlines / Visa-Free / 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation / Departing from Istanbul / Baku Departure

Important Notes - A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for trips abroad and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn passports. - For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the visa-required documents list that you can obtain from our agency must be delivered to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date. - In cases such as fairs, congresses, events, etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the committed distance and area. In such a case, the hotel area will be notified to our agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure. - The visa must be obtained from the first country entered on the tour or, at most, from the country where the longest stay will be made; otherwise, DGN TRAVEL is absolutely not responsible if passport control does not allow entry into the country. - In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable. - DGN TRAVEL acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers, and accepts no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, is not issued on time, and/or contains errors; the passenger shall have no right to claim compensation from DGN TRAVEL in any way. - DGN TRAVEL acts only as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. - During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as shown in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to guests as a no-show fee. - Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be verbally confirmed by our guests with the central office 48 hours before the departure date. - The city where the plane lands may vary. DGN TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or possible delays made by the airline. - DGN TRAVEL is not responsible for any changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm flight times and route details. - The airline rules apply to group tickets; if the outbound flight cannot be used under the group ticket rules, the return flight cannot be used either. - The general baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights in the destination country, this limit may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGN TRAVEL. - If the number of people joining the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled and notified to the consumer 21 days in advance. - The route specified in the tour program is an example route, and the tour itinerary may change. - City sightseeing tours may be carried out the next day/days depending on the time of arrival in the city. - Excursions specified in the programs may, at the discretion of the guide and for any reason, be carried out on a different day than stated. - Optional excursions along the route take place only if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to join will be left at the rest stop. - During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be outside the city. - Tours or excursions that local authorities do not permit to be visited or undertaken for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours may be operated if there is a minimum participation of 20 people; if participation is lower, they may be operated at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with price changes. DGN TRAVEL cannot be held responsible for tours or excursions that cannot be carried out. - Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the price. - DGN TRAVEL reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same. - All hotel names stated in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. This does not mean that accommodation will be at the hotel named. - In 3-person rooms, an extra bed is used; the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable bed. - Please make sure that you take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicles and hotels used during your trip. - Child discounts are valid only for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults. - If minors under 18 do not travel with one or both of their mother and father, the consent forms required for participation in the tour must be carried with them during travel. - In case of cancellation or changes, the “DGN TRAVEL SALES CONTRACT” applies.
