GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the tour departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guests. The total tour fee is refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. However, if visa services have been used for the visa application made on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they are considered used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and the fee will be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection from a different provider independently of the Agency, they cannot claim any fee reimbursement from the Agency in the event of cancellation of the tour by the Agency. The guest accepts that any financial and moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour are accepted in advance when purchasing the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service in the package will only cover the international arrival-departure airport transfers. Cancellation and Change 4- In our tours, tickets for transport are arranged at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, there is no right to cancellation, change and refund for these flight ticket costs, and they will be reflected as a penalty fee. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying the Agency in writing until 30 days before the tour departure date, except for flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been made to the airline. If cancellation occurs within 31 days or less before the start of the trip, a penalty of 50% of the remaining tour fee will be charged from the flight ticket fee, and if cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the start of the trip, the entire tour fee will be refunded as a penalty fee. In case of cancellation request, since the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request duration, it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refund. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refunds of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may change by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums, ruins, and weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may assist our guests during the tours. 7- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized as an overview of cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours of panoramic tours conducted from inside the vehicle without museum or site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, may not occur if local authorities do not allow access, if roads are closed due to any event, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, in which case the Agency is not responsible for the unavailability of these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in areas where closed roads or vehicle entry is restricted. 8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours according to the number of participants, the closure status of the museum or site, in line with the content of our tours. This condition also applies to potential changes in flight times. 9- Important points to note for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats are; heavy meals should not be consumed just before boarding the boat and excessive amounts of water should not be drunk. Guests with complaints such as stomach, back, neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- No refund will be given for participation in meal services included in the price if not utilized. Regarding Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and passengers, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures to be undertaken by participants of air tours are personal transactions that must be carried out by the guest at the airport before the flight, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's website. 16- Last minute delays and gate changes are announced through audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards. This information should be monitored by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times reported per airline regulations, do not carry out check-in and boarding procedures on time, or check-in and boarding on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and necessary transfers etc. for guests who miss the flight will be borne by them. 18- The general luggage allowance for outbound flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination. If domestic flights exist in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg in those domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of the Agency. 19- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles (to business or first class) can have upgrade procedures carried out after the tickets are issued, depending on the availability of the airline (check with the airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Ensure the tickets for the program are in an upgradeable class. 20- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may incur extra charges. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly by guests contacting the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply. 22- In situations where hotels are provided only by category information without mentioning hotel names and/or presented as options for the same destination, it will be communicated to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the trip. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used further than the specified locations or kilometers. In this case, the guest will be informed by the Agency 15 days prior to the trip. 24- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport must be entered/reported correctly by the guest. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Cancellation or changes resulting from incorrect information will reflect penalty fees on the guests. 25- To use your mobile phones abroad, ensure that your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting the company it belongs to. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are reported to the hotel by the Agency. Special care is taken to ensure that reserved rooms are in line with the guest's preferences, depending on the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests is contingent upon availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Generally served as a continental breakfast, it typically consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double room may instead have twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms that can be equipped with beds that can be combined when necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policy may vary according to each hotel's room types. 31- All additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and depending on hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1. 33- In triple rooms, extra bed application is available; the bed designated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are composed of folding beds and beds referred to as coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding and bed types due to extra beds added to standard rooms in their triple room and/or reservations with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages to be accommodated with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for child age verification. 35- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child fares are only valid if the child is accommodated alongside two adults. Child discounts apply only to "single child" who falls into the age group staying with two adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests for services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges imposed by the hotel and are not included in the purchase price, and must be paid directly at the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All city, tourism, or other taxes that may be applied will be collected from the guest by the hotel at check-in or check-out. 38- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on map measurements. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, roadwork, and conditions. 39- The Agency may, in cases of necessity or when deemed appropriate, change the order of the cities in the program without changing the content of the program and the main airline to fly. 40- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In the case that forgotten items are found, expenses for delivering them to the country and/or individual will be borne by the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports regarding any health issues with them. 42- For potential extra expenses, the hotel may require a photo ID/passport and credit card or cash deposit requested by official institutions at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel completion. 2- At customs crossings/border checkpoints, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport for an entry-exit stamp to be affixed. 3- Being exempt from a visa and having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry/exit into/from the countries listed in this tour, as passport control personnel have the authority to deny entry/exit. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Non-Turkish citizens or dual citizens who will participate in the tour using the other country’s passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country they will travel to; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting consequences. 5- To avoid problems with the customs police at the border of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damaged passports; passports should be renewed. In this case, the responsibility rests with the passenger. 6- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent should be aware that border control officers may request documents demonstrating parental consent; thus, minors and their parents are advised to be sensitive to this matter.
