Considered a pilgrimage center for Zoroastrian priests throughout history, Ateshgah offers an unforgettable experience with its architecture, courtyard and mystical atmosphere. We then visit **Yanar Dag (Fire Mountain)**, Absheron’s most astonishing natural wonder, which Marco Polo called the “Land of Fire.” You can take unique photographs in front of the line of fire that burns continuously due to natural gas emerging from underground and feel the true meaning of Azerbaijan’s title as the “land of fire.” Filled with nature, history and legends, this tour is one of Azerbaijan’s most impressive experiences.

We discover the modern silhouette of the city from the sea with a pleasant boat tour on the Caspian Sea, the pearl of Azerbaijan. Here, numerous rock paintings can be seen, depicting hunting scenes, dancing figures, daily life and animals. The region’s unique nature and atmosphere offer our guests unforgettable photo opportunities. After our visit to Gobustan, we head to the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, a symbol of modern Azerbaijan. Designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid, this structure is one of Baku’s most iconic buildings, with its impressive curved form and extraordinary architecture. Inside the center, there are not only cultural and artistic exhibitions but also a special classic car collection that attracts great interest from visitors. Here, you can closely view and photograph perfectly restored Soviet classic cars from the 1940s to the 1970s, rare models from the USSR era such as Volga, Moskvich and Chaika, former official government vehicles used for state protocol, and vintage automobiles of high collectible value. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour price will be refunded to the guest. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour, any domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. If a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the visa service and travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded as they will have been used. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be cancelled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different product provider independent of the Agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the Agency if the trip is cancelled by the Agency. The guest acknowledges in advance, upon purchasing the tour, any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.

3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right not to cancel the tour as a gesture of goodwill. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guidance service included in the package will cover only the outbound and return airport transfers abroad.

Cancellation and Changes

4- On our tours, transportation tickets are issued at the time of reservation. In cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the cost of these flight tickets, which are non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable, will be charged as a penalty.

5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided that they notify the Agency in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding airline tickets paid and/or committed to be paid by the Agency to the airline. If fewer than 31 days remain until the trip start date, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee after deducting the flight ticket cost; if 15 days or less remain until the trip start date, the guest may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. If cancellation is requested, advance information must be obtained regarding refunds for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services and travel health insurance, as their cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the period in which the cancellation is requested. The Agency cannot undertake any commitment regarding cancellation refunds for additional services.

Guidance Services and Extra Tours

6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the scheduled day and time, because roads are closed due to any event, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible, the Agency is not responsible for the tours not being conducted. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours, while adhering to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times.

9- Points to consider regarding our tours conducted by speedboats: heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.

10- There is no refund if the tour or meal services specified among the services included in the prices are not attended.

Regarding Flights

11- The Agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.

12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.

13- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.

14- In accordance with airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.

15- For persons participating in tours involving flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest before the flight at the airports, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline’s websites.

16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are announced over the airport public-address system and displayed on the information boards in the airport. Guests must personally follow this information.

17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced in accordance with airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take the flight. All costs for obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination region, etc., required for guests who miss the aircraft to join the tour, shall be borne by the guests themselves.

18- For most flights departing from Türkiye, the general baggage allowance is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.

19- For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (upgrade to business or first class), the upgrade may be carried out after the tickets have been issued, subject to the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). Miles are not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradeable class.

20- On some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to an additional fee.

Other Matters

21- The Agency shall not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In such cases, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply.

22- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel name(s) and/or when options are offered for the same destination, the hotel information will be communicated to the guest by the Agency 48 hours before the trip departure.

23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated locations or kilometer distances. In such a case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date.

24- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/provide the name appearing on the passport, date of birth and passport number in the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

25- In order to use your mobile phones abroad, contact the company to which your line belongs and check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Türkiye.

26- For accommodation, hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.

27- The Agency forwards requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts are made to provide the reserved rooms in accordance with the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

28- The breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. It is generally served as a continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.

29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of two separate beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary.

30- Each hotel’s child and extra-bed policy may vary according to room type.

31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.

32- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in a room is one.

33- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding beds and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in rooms and the bed type resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms for triple-room and/or child reservations.

34- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.

35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a “single child” who belongs to the relevant age group and stays with two adults.

36- Changes in the exchange rate during the day are reflected in TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel at check-in or check-out.

38- The road distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the destination country, roadworks and road conditions.

39- In mandatory or otherwise deemed necessary circumstances, the Agency may change the order of the cities in the program and the principal airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.

40- Persons participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identification documents, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen items. Any expenses incurred in sending forgotten items to the country and/or person concerned when they are found shall be borne by the owner of the item.

41- Persons participating in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health problems, the relevant medication and medical reports with them.

42- Upon hotel check-in, the hotel may request a photograph-bearing identification document/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit for possible extra expenses. The refund of the requested deposit at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement in it.

Visa and Passport

1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.

2- At customs crossings/border gates, your passport must contain at least 2 blank pages so that entry and exit stamps can be affixed.

3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa to enter the countries on this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry to or exit from the country. The Agency is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.

4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country of travel to the passport they will use. Otherwise, the Agency shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.

5- Passports must be renewed in order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to passports that are torn, worn, wet and/or have suffered similar damage. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.

6- As there is a possibility that police officers at country entry and exit points may request a document showing the joint consent of the parents when guests under 18 travel alone or with only one of their mother or father, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
