After completing our tour, guests who wish may join the optional Caspian Sea Boat Tour to be organized by our guide. We then transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Absheron Peninsula Tour, 70 Euros per person
We begin our tour with the Ateshgah Fire Temple. One of the three Zoroastrian temples in the world, this sacred structure fascinates visitors because the fire inside it has never gone out for centuries. Considered a pilgrimage center for Zoroastrian priests throughout history, Ateshgah offers an unforgettable experience with its architecture, courtyard and mystical atmosphere. We then visit **Yanar Dag (Burning Mountain)**, one of the most astonishing natural wonders of Absheron, which Marco Polo called the “Land of Fire.” You can take unique photographs in front of the line of fire that burns continuously due to natural gas emerging from underground, and feel the true meaning of Azerbaijan’s title as the “land of fire.” Filled with nature, history and legends, this tour is one of Azerbaijan’s most impressive experiences.
Optional Tour: Caspian Sea Boat Tour, 50 Euros per person
We discover the city’s modern silhouette from the sea on an enjoyable boat tour of the Caspian Sea, the pearl of Azerbaijan. Accompanied by the Flame Towers, Seaside Boulevard, modern Baku architecture and the Caspian’s deep blue scenery, this trip offers our guests both a relaxing and photographically unique experience. Dancing with the city lights, this tour is one of the must-do activities of a visit to Baku.
Day 3: Baku
After breakfast in the morning, free time. Guests who wish may join the Gobustan & Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center Tour. After our tour, overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Gobustan & Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center Tour – €90
Our first stop is Gobustan National Park, located 70 km south of Baku and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Referred to as an “open-air museum,” this unique area is a fascinating archaeological site shedding light on human history through thousands of years of rock carvings, painted stones and traces of prehistoric life. Numerous rock paintings can be seen here, depicting hunting scenes, dancing figures, daily life and animals. The region’s distinctive nature and atmosphere offer our guests unforgettable photographic opportunities. After our visit to Gobustan, we head to the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, a symbol of modern Azerbaijan. Designed by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid, this structure is one of Baku’s most iconic buildings with its impressive curved form and extraordinary architecture. Inside the center, there are not only cultural and artistic exhibitions but also a special classic car collection that attracts great interest from visitors. Here, perfectly restored Soviet classic vehicles dating from the 1940s to the 1970s, rare models from the USSR era such as Volga, Moskvich and Chaika, former official government vehicles used in state protocol, and vintage automobiles of high collector value can be viewed and photographed up close. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour price will be refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour: any domestic connecting flight purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest; if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the visa service and travel health insurance, these services cannot be refunded because they will have been used; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled and refunded. 3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency reserves the right not to cancel the tour as a gesture of goodwill. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will cover only the outbound and return airport transfers abroad.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site admissions. The Agency is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours while adhering to the content of our tours, depending on the number of participants and whether museums and archaeological sites are closed. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times.
9- Points to be considered for our tours conducted by Speed Boats: heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
10- There is no refund if the tours or meal services specified in the services included in the price are not attended.
About Flights
11- The Agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
12- There may be delays or changes to flight times on scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to notify guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change or cancellation of the flight time.
13- Children between 0 and 2 years of age pay only the airport tax.
14- In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in tours with flights are personal procedures, and guests must complete these procedures before the flight at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online through the airline’s websites.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on the information boards in the airport. Guests must personally follow this information.
17- The Agency is not responsible if guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated in accordance with airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the aircraft are unable to take their flight. All expenses for obtaining the new outbound and return flight tickets required for guests who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as transfers in the destination region and similar matters, shall be borne by the guests themselves.
18- For most flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage allowance is 20 kg. This allowance may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage allowance on these domestic flights may decrease to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight and pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class): after the tickets have been issued, the upgrade may be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline with which you hold membership). No mileage guarantee is provided for every flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradeable class.
20- On some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
Other Matters
21- The Agency shall not accept responsibility for any change or cancellation made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, the Agency’s cancellation conditions shall apply.
22- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel name(s) and/or options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will notify the guest 48 hours before the trip departure.
23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, the Aency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
24- During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare in the system the name appearing on the passport, date of birth, and passport number. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
25- To use your mobile phones abroad, check with your operator before leaving Turkey to determine whether your phone is enabled for international use.
26- For accommodation, hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
27- The Agency forwards requests regarding rooms (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Every effort is made to ensure that the reserved rooms reflect the guest’s preferences, subject to hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- The breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich breakfast traditionally customary in Turkish cuisine. It generally consists of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, commonly referred to as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group for groups.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be joined when necessary.
30- Each hotel’s child and extra bed policy may vary according to room types.
31- Any extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability, and must be approved by the hotel.
32- The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is 1.
33- Extra beds are provided in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of foldable beds, also known as opening-closing beds and coach beds. Our guests shall be deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in rooms and the bed type resulting from extra beds added to standard rooms for triple-room and/or reservations with children.
34- If the number of children staying with adults and the children’s ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a case, responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the children’s ages.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to one child belonging to the relevant age group who stays with two adults.
36- Changes in the exchange rate during the day are reflected in prices in Turkish lira. The exchange rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services received at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) are subject to an additional fee charged by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All such city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner are collected from the guest by the hotel at the time of entry or departure.
38- The road distances provided in the programs are map-based. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and road conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be used without altering the content of the program when necessary or deemed appropriate.
40- Persons participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity documents, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, all expenses incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Persons participating in the tour must carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medication and medical reports if they have health problems.
42- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request an official photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement.
Visa and Passport
1- Our guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.
2- For an entry-exit stamp to be placed in your passport at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must contain at least 2 blank pages.
3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for entry into the countries included in this tour does not mean that entry into or exit from the country is guaranteed. Passport police have the authority to deny you entry to or exit from the country. The Agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country must personally consult the relevant consulates regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited for the passport they will use; otherwise, the Agency shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences.
5- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, responsibility lies with the passenger.
6- As there is a possibility that guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by police officers at the country entry and exit points for a document showing the joint consent of both parents, we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
