Important Notes

• The tour duration is 4 Nights 5 Days, including the day of departure and return, and consists of 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 1 night is for traveling.

• In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are packaged together and cannot be thought of separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing rights, etc., cannot be refunded.

• Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child only accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.

• In hotel accommodations, the 3rd guest in triple rooms typically provides accommodation on an extra bed.

• The hotels mentioned in the program are the priority accommodation facilities of Dgn Travel. Changes may be made regarding the region and hotels, provided that the hotel standards remain the same, depending on availability and occupancy. The names of the hotels will be communicated if requested at least 48 hours before the tour departure.

• The rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel itself. Room selections cannot be made.

• Our rest stops may change location and service standards due to compelling reasons such as density, renovations, etc., while keeping the same standards.

• Changes in the program timing (order of points visited during the day or between days) may be made by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visitor sites, etc.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any places that cannot be visited during the tour due to compelling reasons (weather, road, density in visitor locations, etc.) or if the guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour. In such a case, the guest has no right to claim.

• A gradual pricing system is applied in all our tours. With an increase in the number of reservations within the tour package and as the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Dgn Travel reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price stabilization cannot be achieved without advance payment.

• A seat number cannot be promised or guaranteed during the reservation. There is no guarantee for notes entered in the reservation. Special seat selection such as front or back is not available.

• The seating arrangement in the vehicle is adjusted by Dgn Travel's Operation based on the order of reservations. In case of objections regarding the seat placement, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.

• Extra tours, such as night tours listed in the tour program, depend on the number of participants and the conditions of the available personnel. Extra tours conducted on the way will proceed even if not all guests participate. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours consider themselves to have joined the tour by accepting to wait at the rest stop.

• If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Dgn Travel has no responsibility in this case.

• Extra tour prices may vary by periods. In such a case, the guest’s purchase date of the tour is not considered, but the date of the tour departure is taken into account. The extra tour price valid during the traveling period applies. The guest accepts this when purchasing the tour.

• Dgn Travel is not responsible for any material damages that may occur due to guests in any services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by guests.

• In cases where minors under the age of 18 travel without one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry a consent form required for participation in the tour during the journey.

• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy, medications they continuously use, etc.

• There may be delays due to traffic, accidents, etc., at the designated departure times.

• Information about the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is tentative, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any delays caused by compelling reasons.

• After the tour ends, guests will be dropped off at the same stops from which we picked them up. Please do not insist on getting off at a different location with the vehicle personnel.

• According to traffic laws, all guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey, and Dgn Travel is not responsible for any consequences of not doing so.

• All personal belongings in the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest in rest areas, etc.

• Since the first day’s tour will start before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you will need separately.

• Due to the program's intensity, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.

• The program to be implemented may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide in the vehicle.

• Lunches consist of economically prepared menus specific to the region. For lunch and dinner, tables divided into groups will be used depending on regional density.

• The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Guests can inquire about the finalized starting and ending routes two days before the tour begins.

• In cases where the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency is obliged to inform the guest, and the guest can choose to postpone the tour to the next date or cancel it. Alternatively, ticketing can be done for the nearest departure point to allow the guest to participate in the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to contact the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest has no right to claim in this situation.

• Guests who cancel or modify at least 30 days before the start of the service are refunded the amount they paid without providing a reason. Cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date will incur a deduction of 30% of the reservation fee; cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days before will incur a deduction of 50%; and cancellations and changes made within 7 days will incur a deduction of 100% of the reservation fee.

• Guests who have purchased the Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package can cancel the purchased package tour without specifying a reason up to 72 hours before the start date, without any deduction. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight tickets.

• Museum Cards and museum entrance fees are not included in the tour fee. All museum entries will be paid for by the guests.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND GUARANTEE PACKAGE

The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package allows guests to cancel and change their purchased package tour without providing a reason up to 72 hours before the tour start date. After cancellation, the total amount paid for the package tour will be refunded without any deductions, depending on the payment method. The Cancellation, Refund, and Guarantee Package does not cover flight transportation in tours with flights. Guests wishing to purchase this package can add it as an extra during the reservation (1500 TL).

MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE NO. 1618

Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 covers the agency's bankruptcy or any reason for the non-provision of package tour services. It is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. Private health insurance is at the guest's expense.

Our tours are classified according to the number of people using the following vehicle types. The type of vehicle used depends on the number of guests in each tour. Our vehicles do not have headphones. In vehicles with TV units, it is recommended to bring an external charger since charging your phone may reduce the battery life.

ANTALYA OLYMPOS SIDE KEMER TOUR / 3 NIGHTS HOTEL ACCOMMODATION TOUR PROGRAM HAS BEEN ORIGINALLY PREPARED BY DGN TRAVEL. COPYING AND PUBLISHING THE PROGRAM IS PROHIBITED. ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO DGN TRAVEL.

DGN TRAVEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COPIES OF THE TOUR PROGRAM CREATED.

OUR TOUR PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW NO. 6502 ON CONSUMERS. THE MOST RECENT PUBLISHED CIRCULAR INVALIDATES THE PREVIOUS CIRCULAR.
