ANKARA – LISBON
After completing baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport control procedures, which you will carry out by being ready at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Terminal 3 hours before our flight, we fly to Lisbon at 18:40 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1741. After our arrival in Lisbon at 21:05 local time, transfer to our hotel with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Room allocation and free time for rest.
LISBON – (Greater Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour) – SEVILLE
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we depart to organize our Lisbon city tour. Lisbon, the capital of Portugal and having two sides like Istanbul, is also the 6th most visited city in Europe throughout the year. Governed throughout history under the control of the Phoenicians, Romans, North African Muslims, and ultimately the Portuguese, Lisbon hosts many historical works with this history dating back to 1200 BC. During our city tour in Lisbon, the historical part of the city where Rossio Square and St. George’s Castle are located, and the Santa Justa Elevator are among the main places to see. After the city tour, we offer free time in the city center. In the continuation of our city tour, Belem Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, built during the Age of Discovery and carrying symbolic importance for Portugal, will be seen and free time will be given for a photo break. Then Avenida de Liberdade, known as Lisbon’s Champs Elysees, famous for its cafes, quality shops, and restaurants, will be among the places to see, and we will have the opportunity to discover the city of Lisbon from different angles. After the Lisbon city tour, during the free time offered, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Greater Lisbon and Atlantic Coasts Tour (80 Euro) program. Our first stop on the tour will be the town of Sintra. Sintra will welcome us with its boutique shops, colorful and ornate houses resembling castles, and cobblestone streets. However, the most important feature that earned the town a place on the UNESCO World Heritage List is its architectural monuments and buildings from the Romantic Period. After our Sintra visit through avenues and streets surrounded by palaces and churches, our next stop will be Cabo da Roca, called the “End of the World” and the westernmost point of the European Continent. After a short break where you can take photos of the famous beaches frequented by the ocean and surfers, we continue our tour with panoramic visits in Cascais, a fishing town, and Estoril, one of the most famous resort areas known as Lisbon’s backyard, famous for its SPA and thermal hotels, parks and golf courses, and for being featured in the casino sections of Casino Royal, the first Bond novel, and then complete our tour and head to Seville. SEVILLE – (Seville Masterpieces and Walking Tour) – CORDOBA – (Cordoba Mosque & Cathedral Tour) – SEVILLE – (Flamenco Show)
After breakfast, we offer free time. During this free time, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Seville Masterpieces and Walking Tour (65 Euro) program. Seville, the most crowded and developed city of Andalusia, owes its exotic and rich cultural history to the period in which it was ruled by the North African Muslims, the Moors. We discover Seville accompanied by beautiful and magnificent cathedrals, squares, palaces, museums, towers, and churches. During our tour, Plaza de Espana, where some scenes of Star Wars 2 were filmed, Torro del Oro (Golden Tower), a decagonal structure originally built for defense but later also used as a prison, the Seville Cathedral and Giralda Bell Tower, which is the 3rd largest Gothic cathedral in the world and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1987, and Maria Luisa Park are among the panoramic sights. After our tour, we depart for Cordoba. In our panoramic Cordoba city tour, we discover Cordoba, founded during the Roman Empire period and the largest city in Europe under Islamic rule in the 10th century. In the city center, where we can still see Islamic influences and which was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1984, our city tour will include Alcazar De Los Reyes Cristianos, the Royal Palace, and the Roman Bridge, with a history spanning 1000 years, as panoramic sights. On our tour, we visit the Cordoba Mosque & Cathedral with “entrance fee included.” In terms of size, it is not only the 3rd largest mosque in Islamic history, but also a standalone attraction as one of the 2 greatest examples of Spain’s Moorish past. The structure, which for centuries shifted between Islam and Christianity, is now used as a Catholic church. After the world-famous Flamenco performance, known as the cry of the lower class to the upper class and where dance comes to life, transfer to our hotel in the Seville region. SEVILLE – (Ronda Tour) – MALAGA – GRANADA – (Sacremento & Gypsy Show)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off towards Malaga. Along the way, our guests who wish may participate in the optional Ronda Tour (60 Euro) program. Ronda, with its narrow winding streets and lime-white houses, is divided into two by the El Tajo Canyon, and the town of Ronda, famous for being built on a dune hill, is notable. At the bottom of the canyon, at a depth of 120 meters, the Guadalevin River flows. Puento Nuevo (New Bridge), from which we can photograph the most beautiful views of the river, Plaza De Toros, the Old Town, Santa Maria la Mayor Church, and Mondragon Palace are among the places we can see panoramically during our city tour. At the end of the tour, we continue our journey to Malaga. Panoramic city tour upon arrival in Malaga. Malaga, the 2nd most populous city in Andalusia and the 6th most populous in all of Spain, is located on the Costa Del Sol coastline. Thanks to this advantageous location, it is one of the important holiday routes of the Mediterranean. On the opposite hillside of Al Hambra, in Sacramonte, one of Granada’s oldest settlements with its snow-white houses, and in its labyrinth-like, winding, steep, and stair-filled streets, we watch the Gypsy Show, where we can observe and photograph the red walls of the Al Hambra Palace from a distance through every opening. GRANADA – (Al Hambra Palace) – VALENCIA
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we organize our Granada panoramic city tour. Granada, built on fertile land at the foot of the Sierra Navada Mountains, is one of Spain’s most touristic cities. In our panoramic tour of the city, which has been heavily influenced by the Romans and the Umayyads throughout its rich history and is home to the Al Hambra Palace, we will see the Queen Isabelle and Christopher Columbus Statue, Grand Via, La Rambla, and City Square among the historical Andalusian/Granada streets and remnants from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods. Free time after the city tour. During this free time, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Al Hambra Palace Tour (65 Euro) program. We see the Al Hambra Palace, one of the most extraordinary memories not only of Andalusia but of all Islamic history, famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens, and listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. “Entrance fee included” (subject to the palace’s availability and excluding the harem entrance). VALENCIA – (Valencia Masterpieces Tour) – BARCELONA – (Barcelona Masterpieces Tour)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, during the free time to be offered, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Valencia Masterpieces Tour (55 Euro) program. On our tour, the Gothic Cathedral, Valencia Cathedral, the medieval walls Torres de Serranos surrounding the old city, Reina Square, Mauques de dos Aguas Palace, and Town Hall Square are among the places to see. After the free time offered at the end of the tour, we depart for Barcelona. Upon arrival in Barcelona, during the free time to be offered, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Barcelona Masterpieces Tour (45 Euro) program. After the Barcelona Masterpieces Tour, where we will see Barcelona Cathedral, Paral-Lel and Gothic neighborhoods, El Born, City Hall, Plaza Real, and the market place-La Bogueria, transfer to our hotel in the Barcelona region after the free time offered. BARCELONA – (Barcelona Icons & Figueres and Dali Museum Tour)
After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Barcelona Icons & Figueres and Dali Museum Tour (105 Euro) program. On our tour, we first go up to Carmel Hill, where we can enjoy the magnificent view of the city, and visit Park Guell, designed and built by Antoni Gaudi (entrance fee is included in the extra tour price). We offer free time for photos and a sightseeing tour in Guell Park, which found its place on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1984 and takes visitors to a land of fairy tales with its vivid colors and figures inspired by nature. Then we will see Casa Mila, one of Gaudi’s most important contributions to the city’s architecture (Gaudi’s House), and complete the first part of our tour by walking around La Sagrada Familia. Afterwards, following a short sightseeing tour in Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dali and home to the museum he designed from a theater building while still alive to house his works, we will visit the Dali Museum (entrance fee is included in the tour price) and take an art tour in the museum housing 4000 of Dali’s works, accompanied by our guide. At the end of the tour, we will return to our hotel in the Barcelona region.
BARCELONA – (Barcelona Masterpieces Tour with High-Speed Train to Madrid) – MADRID
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, transfer to our hotel in the Madrid region. Our guests who wish may also participate in our optional Barcelona – Madrid High-Speed Train Access Madrid Masterpieces Tour (95 Euro) program. In this program, we first reach Madrid from Barcelona by high-speed train in a comfortable journey lasting just 3 hours. Upon arrival at the train station in Madrid, we begin our tour with our guide. (In this tour organized depending on sufficient participation, the tour guide will accompany the guests who purchased the High-Speed Train Madrid Masterpieces Tour program and will travel with them to Madrid by high-speed train.) In this tour, which we will explore on foot, Madrid, the capital of the Kingdom of Spain and also the third largest city in the European Union, is considered the political, economic, and cultural center of the country. During our city tour in Madrid, where statues, monuments, and natural beauties are integrated with modern architecture, Plaza Mayor, Paseyo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace, and Puerto de Alcala are among the panoramic sights. MADRID – OUTLET – (Toledo Tour) – SALAMANCA
After breakfast, we depart to visit the Outlet Center. We will offer free time for pleasant and affordable shopping at the outlet center, which is home to the stylish stores of many world-famous prestigious brands, cafes and restaurants, and personal activity areas. During the free time offered, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Toledo Tour (60 Euro) program. Founded in 590 BC by the Jews, Toledo, where today people belonging to three major religions live together peacefully, is one of the most important cities of Spain in historical and touristic terms and is also known as the “City of Knights.” The Tagus, the largest river of the Iberian Peninsula, flows through the city. The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Spain for a long time. Being one of the largest medieval cities in the world, it was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List and placed under protection. Cervantes, the author of Don Quixote, was born in this city. The Toledo Cathedral, which took about 270 years to build, was formerly a mosque and is now the 3rd most important cathedral in the world and Spain’s main cathedral, containing the world’s most expensive works; San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damascene work), workshops and shops where gold craftsmanship is done are among the places to see panoramically in our tour. After our tour in Toledo, we set off for Salamanca. Upon arrival in Salamanca, we organize our city tour. Situated in northwestern Spain on the banks of the Tormes River, and home to the Salamanca University, Spain’s first and Europe’s most ancient university, with its ancient historical wealth stretching from the Carthaginians to the Romans, the city is an active center of culture, trade, and tourism. Together with its historical and cultural richness, Salamanca was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1988, and after our sightseeing tour there and the short free time we will offer at Plaza Mayor, which is among Europe’s most beautiful squares, transfer to our hotel. SALAMANCA – PORTO – (Porto Masterpieces and Boat Tour) – (Fado Show)
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we set off for Porto. Upon arrival at our hotel in the Porto region, we offer room allocation and free time for rest. During this free time, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Porto Masterpieces and Boat Tour (65 Euro) program. During our Porto Masterpieces tour, the 1st Dom Luis Bridge and the Douro River, designed by Gustave Eiffel, after whom the Eiffel Tower was named, Porto Ribeira, Porto and San Francesco Cathedrals, Porto Square and the Lion Fountain, Liberty Square, Sao Bento Train Station identified with its blue-and-white ceramic mosaics, and Bolsa Palace are among the places to see. After the free time offered, we organize our boat tour, where we can enjoy the magnificent views of both Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia on the opposite bank while proceeding along the Douro River. During the free time offered at the end of the tour, our guests who wish may participate in our optional Fado Show (45 Euro) program. In our tour, we attend the Fado Show, where we will listen to Fado music, unique to Portugal, which arose from the emotional and sorrowful laments of sailors’ wives and became world-famous. After the tour, we return to our hotel.
PORTO – OBIDOS – LISBON – ANKARA
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we move towards Obidos. In the medieval town of Obidos, surrounded by walls on a hill, with its cobblestone streets evoking the architectural features of the Renaissance, Baroque, and Gothic periods, our visit will include the Roman-origin Obidos Castle, St. John Baptist Church, and Rua Direita, the town’s main street and the place attracting the most visitors. After the Obidos Tour, we head to Lisbon Airport for our return flight to Ankara. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing ticketing, baggage drop-off, check-in, and passport control procedures, we fly to Ankara at 21:50 on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC1742. Arrival at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 05:40 local time and the end of our tour.
