1. Day Ankara – Frankfurt – Strasbourg Meeting 3 hours before the flight at the SunExpress Airlines counter at the international departures terminal of Ankara Esenboğa Airport. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Frankfurt at 07:00 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 792. Upon arrival in Frankfurt at 08:50 local time, we begin our city tour with the vehicle waiting for us. During our city tour of this city, which stands out with its rich cultural heritage and modern lifestyle, places to be seen include Römer Square (Römerberg) and Goethe House, the birthplace of Goethe, from the outside. After our tour here, we head to Strasbourg with our waiting vehicle. While visiting Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the pearl of the Alsace region, you will feel as if you are traveling through time in one of Europe’s largest cobblestone medieval quarters. With its nature and historical structures straight out of a fairy tale, wooden houses, historical churches from the Middle Ages, cathedrals, and many works of art, it is definitely a place worth seeing. Strasbourg, which also has historical importance as the place where the French national anthem “La Marseillaise” was written, appears as a city where Alsace culture and French architecture blend together. During our city tour, Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district decorated with traditional Alsace houses are among the places to be seen. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Strasbourg or a hotel in the surrounding area. 2. Day Strasbourg – Eguisheim – Colmar – Kaysersberg – Riquewihr – Strasbourg After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish may participate in the extra tour of the Fairytale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr). (110 Euro) On this tour, where we will want to take photos at every opportunity, our first visit will be Eguisheim. Eguisheim, which was awarded the title of “Favorite French Village” in 2013, is a village where history and nature dance together. Its colorful houses reflecting the typical architecture of the Alsace region create Eguisheim’s postcard-like appearance. After our tour, we head to Colmar, famous for its historical buildings from the Middle Ages, Gothic-style churches, and colorful houses. As we walk through the well-preserved streets of Colmar, places to be seen include St. Martin Cathedral, built entirely from pink stones, Little Venice, which with its small canals resembles Venice in Italy, Maison Pfister, one of Colmar’s oldest houses, and Maison des Têtes, a Renaissance building decorated with faces. Our third stop on the tour is Kaysersberg. Kaysersberg is a charming part of the Alsace region, a medieval town in France. It is famous for its colorful houses, narrow streets, and historical atmosphere. In particular, the 13th-century Château de Kaysersberg castle is one of the town’s most prominent landmarks. The Sainte-Croix Church in the center of the town also stands out with its Gothic architecture. Our final stop is Riquewihr, one of the most enchanting towns in Alsace, with many half-timbered houses that give the town its charm. This historic village captivates visitors with its old houses decorated with colorful flowers, narrow streets, and medieval atmosphere surrounded by walls. On our tour, we will also see the remains of Riquewihr Castle and walk along the old ramparts of the village to feel the medieval atmosphere. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Strasbourg. Overnight in Strasbourg or a hotel in the surrounding area. 3. Day Strasbourg – Heidelberg – Baden Baden – Outlet Center – Strasbourg After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish may join the extra tour of the “Splendid Germany Duo” (Heidelberg & Baden Baden & Outlet Center). (110 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is Heidelberg. The streets, squares, and buildings of this city make you feel the Middle Ages in every corner and take you on a journey through time. Heidelberg, a calm, elegant, and refined city, welcomes you with the harmony of architecture and colors. On our city tour here, places to be seen include Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle. After our tour, our second stop is Baden Baden, a nature-filled oxygen-rich destination, a center of culture and art, with thermal springs and even many other attractions such as Europe’s most famous casino. After visiting Baden Baden, where many famous writers and composers found inspiration, we give free time at the outlet center, our final stop, where many famous brands are gathered. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. 4. Day Strasbourg – Schaffhausen Rhine Falls – Zurich – Lucerne – Strasbourg After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Our guests who wish may join the extra tour of the Splendid Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne). (130 Euro) Our first stop on the tour is the natural wonder Rhine Falls, which holds the title of Europe’s largest waterfall with a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters. This place, embraced by the powerful branches of the Rhine River, is a paradise where you will find peace while watching the dance of the turquoise waters. After our breathtaking walk accompanied by the force of the water and the impressive scenery, our second stop is Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland, which hosts millions of visitors every year with its historic center, eye-catching Gothic-style churches, and historical buildings. After seeing the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches and St. Peter’s Church, home to Europe’s largest clock tower, we tour Bahnhofstrasse, considered the city’s shopping center. After the tour, we go to Lucerne, a historic city located in the central part of Switzerland, at the foot of the Alps. In this charming city, after seeing the Lion Monument built in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who died while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne, we end our tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Strasbourg or a hotel in the surrounding area. 5. Day Strasbourg – Stuttgart – Ankara After breakfast, check out of the rooms and depart for Stuttgart Airport as indicated by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure to Ankara at 14:25 with SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 791. Arrival at 19:35 local time and end of the tour.
