IMPORTANT NOTES

• It is the guest's responsibility to track the Covid-related procedural changes determined by the Health Ministries of the countries to be traveled.
• It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn or worn out passports.
• A passport valid for at least 6 months is required for visa applications, and the documents indicated on the list of necessary documents for visa acquisition, which can be obtained from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made; otherwise, Adonis.com is not responsible for the possibility of the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
• In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Adonis.com acts merely as an intermediary between our clients and the consulate and has no responsibility in cases where the visa is not approved for any reason, is delayed, and/or there are errors in the visa, and the traveler has no right to compensation from Adonis.com in any way.
• Adonis.com is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• When registering, the name, date of birth, and passport number on the passport must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any no-show fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Flight times may change before departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by guests by calling the central office 48 hours prior to the departure date.
• The city where the flight lands may vary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for any changes in flight times or possible delays that may occur by the airline companies.
• Guests who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held responsible by Adonis.com for any changes in domestic connection flight transportation.
• For group tickets, airline regulations apply, and if the outbound flight of a group ticket cannot be used, the return flight also cannot be used.
• For flights departing from Turkey, the general luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to which you are going. Domestic flights in the visited countries may reduce this weight to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Adonis.com.
• In the event that the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the cancellation of the tour will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
• The tour itinerary stated in the program is an example itinerary, and changes may occur in the tour route. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days depending on the arrival hour in the city. The trips specified in the programs may be conducted on different days at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
• Extra tours can only be performed with a minimum of 10 participants; if fewer participants are present, they may be conducted at the guide's discretion and prices may be adjusted if necessary. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of these trips or tours.
• Extra tours on the way will take place only if there are at least 10 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate will wait at the rest area.
• Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities will not be conducted for any reason. Adonis.com cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of these trips or tours.
• Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
• Adonis.com reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the star category remains the same.
• All hotel names, etc., mentioned in the programs are for example only, written to provide an indication of the star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be made at the specified named hotel.
• In triple rooms, there is a rollaway bed application, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or a foldable bed.
• Child discounts are only valid for children within a specific age group accompanying two adults.
• In cases where children under the age of 18, who are not considered adults, do not participate in the tour with either or both of their parents, it is mandatory for them to carry the necessary consent forms required for participation in the tour during the trip.
• In case of cancellation and changes, the "Adonis.com sales contract" is valid.
