Your tour may take place on different flights of Pegasus Airlines on certain dates. In this case, our company will call you to request confirmation, and tickets will be issued afterwards.
2- You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of Pegasus Airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets that you arrange and purchase without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
3-
The extra tour prices are valid on the announcement date, and any differences in costs due to supplier price increases, foreign exchange rates, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc., will be reflected in our selling prices. In such a case; the new prices on the final program sent to you at least 48 hours before the tour departure date will be valid.

In your tour package, we provide a standard glass-bottom boat for observing underwater life in the Red Sea. However, recently the trend in Egypt has been SeaScope, which are modern and larger semi-submarines that have a glass underwater section, offering guests a much better underwater experience.

RAS MOHAMED BOAT TOUR WITH LUNCH & UNLIMITED NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS + FARSHA CAFE and SOHO SQUARE
Located on the southern coast of Egypt, Ras Mohamed National Park is one of the most magnificent places in the Red Sea. If you want to take a break from the monotony of life with exciting activities, we recommend participating in this exhilarating trip to Dahab Blue Lagoon, which includes ATV, 4x4, snorkeling, camel riding, the center of Dahab, and a delightful lunch by the sea. In our tour, we first visit the center of Dahab to explore the charming town of the Red Sea. Afterwards, we enjoy lunch at a very pleasant restaurant by the sea. Then, we head to the 3 Pools area and offer free time for snorkeling. (One non-alcoholic drink is included in the price.) During this time, you will also have the chance to experience riding a camel. (included in the price)  After that, we will go on an ATV safari through the oasis with green palm trees in the desert. Day Trip with Lunch to Cairo Tour (Price varies depending on the number of participants. Please ask your guide)
For this tour, we will pick up our breakfast boxes from the hotel and leave for Cairo shortly after midnight. Upon arrival, our first stop will be the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx, one of the most sought-after locations in the world and the only remaining Wonder of the Seven Wonders. Throughout our tour, we will see the Great Pyramid of Khufu, representing numerous mysterious technical and architectural elements, and the Panorama Hill, along with the pyramids of Kefren, Mikerinos and the tombs of the other nobles. Next, we will visit the Kefren Valley Temple, the most important part of the Kefren burial complex where mummification took place, and see the Sphinx. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. During our trip, we will also visit a Papyrus Workshop and a Natural Perfume Factory.In November 2025, the world’s largest museum dedicated to a single civilization, GEM (Grand Egyptian Museum), opened with a grand ceremony. This museum has become an attraction for travelers and culture/history enthusiasts from around the world. Since it has been receiving high traffic, the number of visitors allowed daily is limited. As included in your package, you can visit the Pyramids Valley without an additional fee. However, we recommend you purchase a tour from us in advance to guarantee your entrance into this important museum that we believe is a must-see while in Egypt. After our museum visit, we will go to Khan el Khalili Bazaar, the most famous market in Africa. The bazaar is located in the heart of Islamic Cairo, in the area called “Beyn-el Kasreyn” founded by Muiz el din-Allah, one of the founders of Cairo city, alongside Amr Ibn el As. Here you can visit El Ezher Mosque, the world’s second oldest madrasa, and the Hüseyin Mosque, one of the most beautiful mosques in Cairo after its restoration. During our bazaar visit, you can visit Hüseyin Mosque, shop for souvenirs from over five thousand shops and stalls, or enjoy karkadeh, lemonade, coffee, or mint tea at the cafe named after the world-famous Nobel Prize-winning writer Necip Mahfuz, or enjoy a favorite spot of Mehmet Akif Ersoy called Fishawi. We will return to Sharm by bus. As our arrival will be late in the evening, we will prepare your dinner as a cold plate in your rooms. In the case of the flight tour, it probably won’t be necessary.
Note: A visa is required for this trip. You can obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Sharm (25 USD). Green Passport holders do not need a visa. A minimum number of participants is required; you can obtain this information from your guide. If you wish, you can also take this tour by plane round-trip for the same price, but in this case, the tour price does not include the airplane ticket. You can purchase it yourself or ask our representative for assistance.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to be conducted in Turkish, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted by English-speaking personnel (with the guest's consent)
B-The tour can be conducted in English or Turkish with a price difference (with the guest’s consent)
C-If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations are made with local service providers, and payments are completed. Therefore, if the guest wants to cancel the purchased tour;
A-If a health problem certified by a doctor arises for him/herself and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, no refund will be given.
D-Guests who are not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time can choose to join the tour at another point on their own. If they do not choose this option, or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be given.
E-Some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, so if there is a delay, guests can contact our authorized personnel to find out when the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for tour cancellation; if a cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-Our authorized personnel will provide information about the necessary timings for breaks or free time during the tour. If a guest is late, and the tour flow is not affected, our personnel may wait for a reasonable time to continue or proceed. In other cases, the guest must reach the next point on their own or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services utilized in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and years of experience in Egypt. All comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian Authorities. In the case of inadequate and/or defective services during our tours and activities; since your process with us in Egypt is continuously monitored by our company, immediate interventions can solve the issue, and depending on the issue, partial or full refunds can be made.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather conditions, guest errors, delays due to technical failures, and similar conditions.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health concerns, please consult our authorized personnel to understand the tour conditions and make your decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safaris, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents that can lead to serious injuries or even worse outcomes. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse events. When participating in these kinds of tours and activities, ensure you are aware of these risks; if in doubt, please seek information from our authorized personnel. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these activities and tours, please comply strictly with the warnings from our authorized personnel and adhere to the provided safety equipment requirements. Otherwise, you will be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing at places of religious significance. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not permitted to enter these places due to clothing issues.
7-For some tours and activities, you may need specific items or clothing. It is entirely the responsibility of our guests to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, as well as to borrow and return towels from the hotel.
8-Please inform our guide of any food allergies or other dietary issues due to health reasons. In such special situations, please be aware that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We only commit to doing our best.
9-During your stay in Egypt and our tours, we strongly recommend that you avoid drinking open water or other open beverages, eating fruits/vegetables that you are not sure have been washed and peeled, and consuming open food sold outside. Because your body and immune system are not adapted to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical interventions; however, relevant expenses will be your responsibility.
