GENERAL TERMS 1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. In cases of refunds for additional services purchased outside of the tour; the domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest, while visa services and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest using the service, cannot be refunded as these services have been used. If the guest purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different provider, in the event of cancellation of the trip by the Agency, the guest cannot demand any refunds from the Agency. The guest accepts all material and moral losses incurred due to the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- In the event that sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill and not cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the package-included guiding service will only cover the round-trip airport transfer for international travel. Cancellation and Change 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. In the case of cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the price of these flight tickets, which do not have a cancellation & change and refund right, will be reflected as a penalty fee. 5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify the Agency in writing; excluding the airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been made by the Agency. In cases where the travel start date is less than 31 days away, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and if cancellation is made 15 days or less before the travel start date, the entire tour fee will be subject to a penalty. In case of a cancellation demand, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary according to the time of cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about their refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refunds of additional services. Guiding Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours listed in the program can be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for an overall introduction of the cities and are non-entry tours with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours that include an explanation from a guide from the vehicle. Panoramic tours may not occur if local authorities do not allow visits or if inaccessible paths due to any activity or closed roads prevent the tours from taking place, as well as in cases where the tours become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted. 8- Our guide can change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers and the open status of the museum or historical site, and this also applies to possible changes in flight times. 9- Regarding tours to be conducted with Speed Boats, the following precautions should be observed: do not eat heavy meals just before boarding the boat and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests should inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There is no refund for services included in the prices if participation is not made in the tours or meal services specified. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, along with the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply. 12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur for scheduled and special flights. The Agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of flight time changes/cancellations by purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 14- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight purchased as a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- For individuals participating in tours with flight, the check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airports, at the airline counters, or online on the airline companies' websites before the flight. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and displayed on information boards at the location. This information must be followed up by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the airline rules stated times for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for guests who miss their flights to participate in the tour and transfers in the destination area, etc. will be the responsibility of the guests. 18- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country to which you are traveling. If there are domestic flights in the country being visited, this baggage weight may decrease to 15 kg for those internal flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines, and the Agency is not responsible. 19- For guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade operations can be performed based on the availability of the airline (please check with the airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check whether the program’s tickets are in an upgradeable class. 20- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may be subject to additional fees. Other Issues 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation procedures made by the guest directly communicating with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation terms of the Agency will apply. 22- If the hotel(s) are mentioned only by category information in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used further away from the specified locations or distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform the guest 15 days prior to the departure date. 24- At the time of registering for the purchased tour, the guest must ensure that the name, date of birth, and passport number written on the passport are entered correctly in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- Before leaving Turkey, ensure with your service provider that your mobile phones are enabled for use abroad. 26- For accommodation, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care will be taken to ensure that the reserved rooms meet the guest’s preferences based on the hotel’s availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of check-in at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast tradition. Generally, it is served as a limited continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be available instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 30- The child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room types. 31- All additional beds and baby cribs are provided upon request and depending on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in a room is 1 unit (maximum). 33- In triple rooms, there is an application for additional beds, and the bed provided for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Guests accept that there may be tightness and bed types due to the additional beds added to the standard room for reservations for three-person rooms and/or with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by guests, relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to ascertain the ages of children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid for "one child" who falls within the eligible age group when staying with two adults. 36- Daily exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests or extra services received at the hotel (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to additional charges by the hotel, which will not be included in the price at the time of purchase and must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. All applicable city, tourism, or other taxes in this way will be collected by the hotel from the guest at the time of entry or exit. 38- The distances in the programs specified are based on maps. Travel times may extend due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, roadworks, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in required or justified situations. 40- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are the responsibility of the guests, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, the costs of delivery to the country and/or the individual are the responsibility of the item owner. 41- Participants in the tour are required to keep their travel health insurance policies and any related medications and prescriptions with them. 42- At check-in, hotels may require a deposit via credit card or cash, and a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities for any possible extra expenses. The deposit requested at check-out is a process between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no involvement. Visa and Passport 1- Guests must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel. 2- To have entry-exit stamps affixed to your passport at customs crossings/border points, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages. 3- Being exempt from a visa or having obtained a visa for the countries on this tour does not guarantee entry/exit as the passport police have the authority to refuse you entry/exit; the Agency is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who are dual citizens and will participate in the tour using the passport of the other country need to personally inquire with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures applied by the country to be visited; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any resulting issues. 5- To avoid issues with border police at the entry point to the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports; it is necessary to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Minor guests under 18 years of age who are traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the joint consent of both parents at borders; it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents be sensitive to this issue.
