1. DAY ISTANBUL – HURGHADA (Dinner)
At 20:15, we recommend that you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
At 23:35, we depart for Hurghada on scheduled flight VF251 operated by Ajet Airlines.
Note: In order for you to be able to access your room immediately upon arrival, your hotel reservation starts from this night. Your dinner will be served in your room as a cold plate.
2. DAY HURGHADA (Breakfast, Dinner)
At 01:15, arrival. After the necessary procedures, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at your hotel.
After breakfast, free time so you can rest. Guests who wish may join the Full-Day Giftun Island/Orange Bay Boat Trip with Lunch, which will be organized as an extra by our guide.
3. DAY HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner) (City Tour Included)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the Glass-Bottom Boat Sea Observation Tour, which will be organized as an extra. The Red Sea is one of the richest seas in the world in terms of underwater life, with its colorful corals and various exotic fish. On this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (If you wish, you can make this trip even more enjoyable and comfortable by paying the difference and taking it with SeaScope/ Semi-Submarine.)
Guests who wish may join the ATV/Buggy Desert Safari Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. (headscarf, goggles, and water are not included, and the fee is 10 USD per person) Afterwards, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). Among the places we will see are El Dahar District, the lively Marina area, Sahl Hasheesh District famous for its hotels, Al Mina Mosque, the city’s most important religious building, the Coptic Church, the most important place of worship for the Christian population, and the Fish Market, where fresh seafood caught in the fertile waters of the Red Sea is sold.
4. DAY HURGHADA (Breakfast and Dinner)
Breakfast, dinner, and accommodation at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour, which will be organized as an extra. For this tour, after taking your breakfast box prepared especially for you from the hotel, we head to Luxor very early by private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, none older than 5 years, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide free snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.)
Upon arrival, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); on Luxor’s east bank, Ramesseum, El Qurna, the Temple of Amenhotep III, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Sphinx Avenue, the Corniche, and the Nile River will be seen, and our guide will provide information about the mysterious history of the Pharaonic Period spanning thousands of years. Continuing our tour, we visit the Karnak Temple, one of the most important religious structures of the Pharaonic Period and known as the “temple whose construction never ended” because each Pharaoh added to it. (Entrance fee is included.)
We will make a shopping stop at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made of alabaster, one of Egypt’s world-famous natural stones, are sold. Afterwards, free time until the evening. (If you wish, you can join the Lunch Included West Luxor Tour by paying extra.) At the end of our tour, transfer back to Hurghada. You may have your meal at the late dinner buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since it is mandatory to travel in convoy both on the way to Luxor and on the return, you must pay close attention to the times announced by our guide. If you are not ready at the specified departure time, you may have to travel to and from Luxor on your own.
5. DAY HURGHADA – CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the rooms and breakfast, transfer to Cairo by private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, none older than 5 years, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide free snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as WIFI internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.)
Upon arrival, we carry out our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package); we will see the city’s main landmarks such as the Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Anwar Sadat Memorial Tomb, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, the Nile River, Downtown, Qasr El Nil, and Gezira Island, and discover this ancient city that has hosted the pyramids and, throughout history, many cultures and religions. Afterwards, free time in the city center. (If you wish, you can join the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and an Evening Dinner-Cruise with Show on the Nile by paying extra.) At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and check in.
6. DAY CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, check out of the rooms. We depart from our hotel for the Pyramids, Valley Temple of Khafre, and Sphinx Tour, one of the most exciting parts of our trip. (Entrance fee is included.) In this tour, where you will be amazed by the architectural features of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, which has survived to this day and where you will wonder with what technology and resources it could have been built thousands of years ago, you will visit Panorama Hill, the Valley Temple of Khafre, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Tickets to enter the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included and we do not recommend entering them.)
At the end of our tour, we go to the Papyrus Shop, where you can see and learn about the production stages of papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaonic Period. Then, we complete our shopping by visiting the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, whose roots also date back to the Pharaonic Period. After the tour, free time. Return to the hotel is free. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (Guests who wish may join the new Lunch Included Grand Museum/GEM Tour by paying extra.)
7. DAY CAIRO – ISTANBUL
At 04:30, depart for Istanbul on flight VF 248 operated by Ajet Airlines.
At 06:40, arrival in Istanbul.

The services included in your tour package are clearly stated. However, in order to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us. Please note that the majority of Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt operate tour services without a license and, in order to offer cheaper prices, disregard your safety and security. Poor maintenance of transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver exhausted from fatigue and sleeplessness, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not a priority, and food produced in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled may lead to irreversible consequences. Our company, with its own offices in Egypt, its affiliated staff, and managers with more than 30 years of industry experience, carries out all extra tours as well as the entire trip with your safety and security as the top priority.

GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval)
B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour:
A- If a health problem approved by a doctor’s report occurs for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded.
C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made.
D- A guest who does not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point on their own. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will arrive. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they are not considered grounds for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F- During free time and rest stops given during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable period or continue if the tour flow will not be affected. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made.
3- OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used on our tours are the best based on our price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the relevant Egyptian authorities. In our tours and activities, if any incomplete and/or defective service occurs, since your time in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, such issues are resolved through immediate intervention and/or a partial or full refund is provided depending on the problem. In discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded. However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions depending on local or general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest error, or delays due to technical malfunction and similar situations beyond our control.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have any health issues, please consult our authorized staff to learn the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto safaris, 4x4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel rides, and similar activities carry certain accident risks and may cause serious injury or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. When you participate in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you are unsure, please obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still not sure, do not complete the purchase. When you participate in such tours and activities, please strictly follow the warnings of our authorized staff, strictly comply with the precautions indicated to you, and wear the safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- In places of religious significance, the responsibility for wearing appropriate clothing lies with the guest. Our company is not responsible for guests who are denied entry to such places due to their clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothing, sandals, swimwear, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, a shemagh/scarf, bringing or renting a shawl, and borrowing and returning a towel from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- You must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, or any special dietary needs due to health reasons. In such special cases, you should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only guarantee that we will do our best.
9- We especially advise you not to drink tap water or any other drinks, not to eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged foods sold openly on the street during your stay in Egypt and on our tours. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In this case, our company will help you obtain the necessary medical treatment. However, the related expenses will be your responsibility.
10- As any prudent person would do, we especially recommend that you travel with health and travel insurance for both domestic and international trips.
