Need to Know
IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices of optional excursions are valid on the date of publication. Before your tour, any cost increases caused by supplier price hikes, exchange rate changes, tax changes, entrance fee increases, etc. will be reflected in our sales prices. In such a case, the new prices shown on the final program, which will be sent to you no later than 48 hours before the tour departure date, will apply.
1 - You must confirm your flight times from our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, different scheduled Pegasus Airlines flights may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may make changes to the tour program flow while keeping the content the same.
3 - In Egypt, additional services purchased individually or collectively are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of the package tour will also apply to these additional services. We recommend purchasing travel insurance with a protection package from your agency in case of any problems; since the necessary reservations have been made with service providers and paid for, our company has no other application it can offer in this case. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - According to the number of people in the vehicles:
* For groups of 16 or more, a bus is used,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly stated. However, to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you purchase the optional excursions from us as well. Please note that many Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt operate tour services without a license and, in order to offer cheaper prices, disregard your safety and property security. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver worn out by fatigue and sleeplessness, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not a priority, and food produced in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled may lead to irreversible consequences. Our company carries out all extra tours in Egypt with our own offices, our affiliated staff, and managers with over 30 years of sector experience, prioritizing your safety and security throughout the trip. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you at least buy them from a corporate company that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all optional excursions individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you wish, you can buy them together for a more “budget-friendly” option.
Moreover, you may choose one of the following payment methods:
- You can purchase them through your agency by paying with a credit card when buying our package tour. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either at list prices individually or at campaign prices for bulk purchase.)
- You can purchase them in Egypt by paying cash. (Either at list prices individually or at campaign prices for bulk purchase.)
- You can purchase them in Egypt by credit card using the mail order method. (Either at list prices individually or at campaign prices for bulk purchase.)
