1ST DAY ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottom Boat, ATV Desert Safari and City Tour Included)
We recommend that you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 05:00.
At 08:10, we depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 618.
Arrival at 10:50. After the necessary procedures, we depart by our vehicle for our Glass-Bottom Boat Underwater Observation Tour (included in your package price). The Red Sea is one of the richest seas in the world in terms of underwater life, with its colorful corals and various exotic fish. On this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (If you wish, for an additional fee, you may make this trip by SeaScope/ Semi-Submarine for a much more enjoyable and comfortable experience.) After the tour, hotel transfer and check-in. Your hotel accommodation is on an All-Inclusive basis. After lunch, we depart from the hotel for our ATV Desert and Bedouin Camp Tour. This tour, where you can witness the magnificent views of the desert sunset, continues with a visit to a Bedouin Camp. (A scarf, goggles and water worth 10 USD per person are not included in the price. If you wish, you may upgrade to a single ATV for an additional fee or use a Buggy or Spider.) Afterwards, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price). Among the places we will see are the El Dahar District, the popular Marina area, the Sahl Hasheesh District known for its hotels, the Al Mina Mosque, an important religious structure of the city, the Coptic Church, an important place of worship for the Christian population, and the Fish Market, where fresh seafood caught in the abundant waters of the Red Sea is sold.
2ND DAY HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included)
After receiving your breakfast lunch box specially prepared for you at our hotel, we depart very early for Luxor by private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which are 5 years old, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide free snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as Wi-Fi internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price), we will see in Luxor’s East Bank: Ramesseum, El Qurna, III. Amonthep Temple, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, the Corniche, and the Nile River, while our guide provides information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs era spanning thousands of years. In the continuation of our trip, we carry out our Karnak Temple Tour, which is the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs era and is known as the “never-ending temple” because each pharaoh added to it. (Entrance fee included.) We will have a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, one of Egypt’s world-famous natural stones, are sold. Afterwards, free time until the evening. (If you wish, you may join the West Luxor Tour with lunch for an additional fee.) At the end of the tour, transfer back to Hurghada. You may have your meal at the late dinner buffet prepared by your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Since it is mandatory to travel in convoy on the way to and from Luxor, you must pay close attention to the times announced to you by our guide. If you do not show up at the specified departure time, you may have to travel to and from Luxor on your own.
3RD DAY HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out and breakfast, we transfer to Cairo by private bus. (Approximately 465 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which are 5 years old, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide free snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as Wi-Fi internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price), we will see some of the city’s main landmarks such as the Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Memorial, Anwar Sadat Memorial Tomb, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, the Nile River, Downtown, Kasr El Nil, and Gezira Island, and discover this ancient city, which has hosted the Pyramids and has been home to many cultures and religions throughout history, with our guide. Afterwards, free time in the city center. (If you wish, you may join the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar and the Evening Dinner Cruise with Show on the Nile for an additional fee.) At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and check-in.
4TH DAY CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, check-out from the rooms. We depart from our hotel for one of the most exciting parts of our trip: the Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour. (Entrance fee included.) On this tour, where you will visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World that has survived to the present day and will be amazed by the architectural features and wonder how it was built thousands of years ago with what technology and possibilities; you will see the Panorama Hill, Khafre Valley Temple, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Entrance tickets for the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price and we do not recommend entering them.) At the end of the tour, we go to the Papyrus Shop, where you can see and learn about the production stages of papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaohs era. Then, we complete our shopping at the Natural Oils and Perfume Shop, whose roots also go back to the Pharaohs era. After the tour, free time. Return to the hotel is at your own discretion. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. (Guests who wish may join the Lunch Included newly opened Grand Museum/GEM Tour for an additional fee.)
5TH DAY CAIRO- ISTANBUL
At 03:15, departure for Istanbul on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 583.
At 06:20, arrival in Istanbul.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1 - You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, scheduled flights of other airlines may be used. We are not responsible for domestic flight tickets you purchase on your own without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic flight tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may change the tour program flow as long as the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, cancellation and refund of extra services purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If you purchase them together with your package, the cancellation and refund conditions of your package tour will also apply to these extra services. In case of any problems, we recommend purchasing a protection package insurance policy from your agency; since reservations have been made and paid to service providers, our company cannot offer any other solution in this case. 4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicle:

**GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS:**
1- A minimum number of participants is required for the tours to be conducted with a Turkish-speaking guide. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be carried out with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval).
B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval).
C- If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour is cancelled and the fee paid for that tour is refunded in full without deduction. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded.
2- When the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made with local service providers and payments are made. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour:
A- If a health issue confirmed by a doctor’s report arises for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour is refunded in full without deduction. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded.
B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount is refunded. If the discount in the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded.
C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund is made.
D- A guest who does not show up at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point on their own. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund is made.
E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, in the event of a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the vehicle’s arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they are not considered a reason for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund is made.
F- During free times and stops given during the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information about the departure time. If the guest is late and the tour flow will not be affected, it is within our staff’s discretion to wait for a reasonable time or continue. Otherwise, the guest may continue the tour by reaching the next point on their own or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund is made.
3- **YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE:** The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used on our tours are the best based on our price/quality balance and our long-standing Egypt experience; all of them have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the authorized Egyptian authorities. In the event of incomplete and/or defective service in our tours and activities, since your entire stay in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, the problems are resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refunds are made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the net amount paid is refunded after deducting the discount from the price.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions related to local and general circumstances in Egypt, traffic, road closures, bad weather, guest error, delays caused by technical malfunctions, and similar conditions beyond our control.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff to learn the conditions of the tour and decide whether to participate accordingly.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Moto Safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc. carry certain accident risks and may cause serious injuries or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. When participating in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please get information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in such tours and activities, please strictly follow the instructions of our authorized staff, strictly comply with the safety precautions given to you, and wear the safety equipment provided as appropriate. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk.
6- In places of religious importance, it is the guest’s responsibility to wear appropriate clothing. Our company has no responsibility for guests who are not allowed entry due to their clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, a shemagh, a shawl, borrowing a towel from the hotel and returning it are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8- You must inform our guide of food allergies or other allergies, as well as any special dietary needs due to health reasons. You should know that in such special cases we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only guarantee that we will do our best.
9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink tap water or any other beverages unless bottled, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold openly outside. Because your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical care. However, any related costs will be your responsibility.
10- As with any prudent person, we especially recommend that you travel with Health and Travel Insurance for both domestic and international trips.
