B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made. D- A guest who is not at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by reaching another point on their own. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the arrival time of the vehicle.
