GUEST INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
1-For the tours to take place with a Turkish guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached:
A-Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest's approval)
B-For a price difference, they can be conducted in English or Turkish (with the guest's approval)
C-If the above options are not acceptable to the guest, the tour will be canceled and the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
 2-At the moment of purchasing the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour they have purchased;
A-If there is a health problem confirmed by a doctor's report for themselves and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
B-For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the departure of the tour, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on package tours exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference amount will be refunded.
 C-For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure of the tour, no refund will be made.
D-If the guest is not present at the specified meeting point at the specified time, they can join the tour by reaching another point at their own expense. If they prefer not to do this or if it is not possible due to the nature of the tour, no refund will be made.
E-If there is a delay due to some tours picking up guests from different hotels, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the time the vehicle will reach them. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, it cannot be considered a reason for the tour's cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made.
F-Our authorized staff will provide necessary information about the movement time at free time and break points during the tour. If the guest is late and if the tour flow will not be affected, our staff may wait for a reasonable time or continue. In contrary cases, the guest can either reach the next point at their own expense to continue the tour or return to the hotel at their own expense. In this case, no refund will be made.
3-YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our long-standing experience in Egypt, all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Relevant Authorities in Egypt. In our tours and activities, if a service is deficient or faulty; since the process you spend with us in Egypt is constantly monitored by our company, problems are resolved with instantaneous interventions, and/or a partial or full refund is made based on the problem. The discount on package tours will be deducted from the price, and the net amount paid will be refunded.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions, traffic, road closures, adverse weather, guest errors, delays due to technical failures, and similar circumstances that may arise beyond its control.
4-Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health problems, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff to learn the conditions of the tour and make your decision accordingly.
5-Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel riding activities carry certain risks of accidents that may lead to serious injuries or worse. Our company cannot be held liable for any adverse events that may occur. When participating in such tours and activities, please ensure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please consult our authorized staff for information. If you are still unsure, please do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, we kindly urge you to comply with the warnings from our authorized personnel, to strictly follow the precautions provided to you, and to wear the safety equipment as required. Otherwise, you may be putting yourself and other participants at risk.
6-When visiting places of religious significance, it is the responsibility of our guests to wear appropriate clothing. Our company bears no responsibility for guests who are not allowed to enter such places due to their clothing.
7-Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Wearing comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimsuits, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, bringing or renting scarves, shawls, borrowing and returning towels from the hotel are entirely the responsibility of our guests.
8-You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies and special dietary needs. You should be aware that we may not always be able to meet such special needs. We can only promise to do our best.
9-Throughout your stay in Egypt and during our tours, we strongly recommend that you do not drink tap water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they are thoroughly washed and peeled, and avoid consuming unpackaged foods sold in open places. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting may occur. In such cases, our company will assist you in obtaining necessary medical intervention. However, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10-Like any careful individual, we especially recommend that you obtain your Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international travels.
