However, to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you purchase extra tours from us as well. Please note that most of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt provide tour services without a license, and in order to offer low prices they disregard your safety and property security. Poor maintenance of transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver exhausted from fatigue and lack of sleep, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not prioritized, and food prepared in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled can lead to consequences that cannot be remedied later. Our company carries out all extra tours, as it does the entire trip, with your safety and security in mind, through its own offices in Egypt, its dedicated staff, and managers with over 30 years of industry experience. You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you at least buy them from a corporate company that meets these conditions. You may purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or if you wish, you may buy them in bulk to make it more “budget-friendly.” You can also choose one of the payment methods below: - You can purchase them by paying with a credit card through your agency when buying your package tour. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. GUEST INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA TOURS: 1- For tours to take place with a Turkish-speaking guide, a minimum number of participants must be reached. If this number is not reached: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval) B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval) C- If the guest does not accept the above options, the tour will be canceled and the guest will be refunded the full amount paid for that tour without deduction. If the discount on the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. 2- At the moment the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made with local service providers and the payments are completed. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour: A- If a health problem confirmed by a doctor’s report occurs for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the amount paid for that tour will be refunded in full without deduction. If the discount on the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the discount on the discounted packages is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made. D- A guest who does not arrive at the specified meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by their own means from another point. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour’s nature, no refund will be made. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn the vehicle’s arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made. F- During the tour, our authorized staff will provide the necessary information about departure times at free-time and rest stops. If the guest is late, and the tour flow is not affected, it is at our staff’s discretion to wait a reasonable amount of time or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by their own means to the next point or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made. 3- OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all are compliant with International Tourism Standards and certified by the Egyptian authorities. In the event of incomplete and/or deficient service in our tours and activities, since your time in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, the issue will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded. However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions dependent on Egypt’s local and general circumstances, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical failures, and similar situations beyond its control. 4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, please consult our authorized staff to learn the conditions of the tour and decide whether to participate accordingly. 5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/moto safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, and camel rides carry certain accident risks and may lead to serious injury or even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes that may occur. When you participate in such tours and activities, make sure you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please obtain information from our authorized staff. If you are still unsure, do not make the purchase. When you join such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow our authorized staff’s instructions exactly, to strictly comply with the safety measures indicated to you, and to wear any safety equipment provided according to the situation. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk. 6- In religiously significant places, it is the guest’s responsibility to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests being refused entry to such places due to their clothing. 7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Bringing or renting comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, a keffiyeh, shawl, borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them are entirely the responsibility of our guests. 8- You must inform our guide about food allergies or other allergies, or any special dietary needs for health reasons. In such cases, you should know that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best. 9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, we especially advise you not to drink tap water or other beverages from open containers, not to eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been well washed and peeled, and not to consume unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local conditions in Egypt, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical care. However, the related costs will be your responsibility. 10- Like any prudent individual, we especially recommend that you travel with health and travel insurance for both domestic and international trips.
