Hurghada (2) – Luxor – Cairo (1) - 3 Nights / 5 Days 1ST DAY ISTANBUL- HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottom Boat, ATV Desert Safari and City Tour Included) We recommend that you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 05:00. At 08:10, we depart for Hurghada on Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight PC 618. Arrival at 10:50. After the necessary procedures, we depart by our vehicle for our Glass-Bottom Boat Underwater Observation Tour (included in your package price). The Red Sea is one of the richest seas in the world in terms of underwater life, with its colorful corals and various exotic fish. On this enjoyable trip, you will be able to observe the magical underwater world from our glass-bottom boat. (If you wish, for an additional fee, you may make this trip by SeaScope/ Semi-Submarine for a much more enjoyable and comfortable experience.) After the tour, hotel transfer and check-in. Your hotel accommodation is on an All-Inclusive basis. After lunch, we depart from the hotel for our ATV Desert and Bedouin Camp Tour. This tour, where you can witness the magnificent views of the desert sunset, continues with a visit to a Bedouin Camp. (A scarf, goggles and water worth 10 USD per person are not included in the price. If you wish, you may upgrade to a single ATV for an additional fee or use a Buggy or Spider.) Afterwards, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price). Among the places we will see are the El Dahar District, the popular Marina area, the Sahl Hasheesh District known for its hotels, the Al Mina Mosque, an important religious structure of the city, the Coptic Church, an important place of worship for the Christian population, and the Fish Market, where fresh seafood caught in the abundant waters of the Red Sea is sold. 2ND DAY HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (East Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included) After receiving your breakfast lunch box specially prepared for you at our hotel, we depart very early for Luxor by private vehicle. (Approximately 330 km) (Information: We ensure a safe journey with our vehicles, the oldest of which are 5 years old, and with two drivers on long routes. We provide free snacks, water, tea and coffee service, as well as Wi-Fi internet connection in our vehicle. Your safety and comfort are our priority.) Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price), we will see in Luxor’s East Bank: Ramesseum, El Qurna, III. Amonthep Temple, Luxor Temple, Winter Palace, Avenue of Sphinxes, the Corniche, and the Nile River, while our guide provides information about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs era spanning thousands of years. In the continuation of our trip, we carry out our Karnak Temple Tour, which is the most important religious structure of the Pharaohs era and is known as the “never-ending temple” because each pharaoh added to it. (Entrance fee included.) We will have a shopping break at the Alabaster Shop, where various souvenirs made from alabaster, one of Egypt’s world-famous natural stones, are sold. If you do not show up at the specified departure time, you may have to travel to and from Luxor on your own. 3RD DAY HURGHADA- CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included) After checking out and breakfast, we transfer to Cairo by private bus. Upon arrival, during our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package price), we will see some of the city’s main landmarks such as the Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Memorial, Anwar Sadat Memorial Tomb, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, the Nile River, Downtown, Kasr El Nil, and Gezira Island, and discover this ancient city, which has hosted the Pyramids and has been home to many cultures and religions throughout history, with our guide. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel and check-in. 4TH DAY CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour Included) After breakfast, check-out from the rooms. We depart from our hotel for one of the most exciting parts of our trip: the Pyramids, Khafre Valley Temple and Sphinx Tour. (Entrance fee included.) On this tour, where you will visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World that has survived to the present day and will be amazed by the architectural features and wonder how it was built thousands of years ago with what technology and possibilities; you will see the Panorama Hill, Khafre Valley Temple, the Sphinx, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Menkaure, and the Pyramid of Khafre with our guide. (Entrance tickets for the tunnels inside the pyramids are not included in the price and we do not recommend entering them.) At the end of the tour, we go to the Papyrus Shop, where you can see and learn about the production stages of papyrus paper, one of the most important products of the Pharaohs era. If these numbers are not reached: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with the guest’s approval) B- They may be conducted in English or Turkish for an additional fee (with the guest’s approval) C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the fee paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. 2- As soon as the guest purchases the tour, the necessary reservations are made and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel a purchased tour: A- If a health problem, confirmed by a doctor’s report, occurs for the guest and/or the person staying in the same room, the fee paid for that tour will be refunded without deduction. If the discount on the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. B- For cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour departure, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the discount on the discounted package is higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded. C- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be made. D- A guest who is not present at the designated meeting point at the specified time may join the tour by making their own way to another point. If they choose not to do so, or if this is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be made. E- Since some tours pick up guests from different hotels, if there is a delay, the guest should contact our authorized staff to learn when the vehicle will arrive. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, they are not considered grounds for cancellation, and if cancellation is requested, no refund will be made. F- During the free time and break stops provided during the tour, our authorized staff will inform you of the required departure time. If the guest is late and the tour flow will not be affected, it is at the discretion of our staff to wait for a reasonable time or continue. In other cases, the guest may continue the tour by making their own way to the next point or return to the hotel on their own. In this case, no refund will be made. 3- OUR GUARANTEE: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used on our tours are the best based on the price/quality balance and our many years of experience in Egypt; all of them have International Tourism Standards and are certified by the Egyptian authorities. In the event of incomplete and/or defective service in our tours and activities, since your time in Egypt with us is continuously monitored by our company, the issue will be resolved through immediate intervention and/or partial or full refund will be made depending on the problem. For discounted packages, the discount is deducted from the price and the net amount paid is refunded. However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions depending on Egypt’s local and general circumstances, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest error, delays due to technical malfunctions, and similar situations beyond our control. 4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have a health problem, we kindly ask you to consult our authorized staff about the tour conditions and make your participation decision accordingly. 5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/moto safari, 4x4 jeep safari, scuba diving, camel rides, etc. may involve certain accident risks and may even cause serious injury or worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes. When you participate in such tours and activities, make sure that you are aware of these risks; if you have any doubts, please ask our authorized staff for information. If you are still not sure, do not complete the purchase. When you join such tours and activities, we kindly ask you to follow the warnings of our authorized staff exactly, to comply strictly with the safety measures indicated to you, and to wear the safety equipment provided as appropriate. Otherwise, you will be putting both yourself and other participants at risk. 6- In places of religious significance, it is the guest’s responsibility to wear appropriate clothing. Our company is not responsible for guests being denied entry to such places due to their clothing. 7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. Comfortable shoes, clothing, slippers, swimwear, snorkel equipment, sunscreen, keffiyeh, scarf, borrowing and returning a towel from the hotel, or renting these items are entirely the responsibility of our guests. 8- You must inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, or special dietary needs due to health reasons. In such cases, you should be aware that we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best. 9- We especially recommend that during your stay in Egypt and on our tours, you absolutely do not drink tap water or other beverages, do not eat fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and do not consume unpackaged food sold openly outside. Since your body and immune system are not accustomed to local Egyptian conditions, you may experience symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting. In this case, our company will assist you in obtaining the necessary medical treatment. However, the related costs will be your responsibility. 10- As any prudent person would, we especially recommend that you travel with health and travel insurance for both domestic and international trips.
