Need to Know
1 - You must confirm your flight times with our company 48 hours before departure. On some dates, Pegasus Airlines scheduled flights may be used. We are not responsible for domestic tickets you arrange and purchase yourself without confirmation. Our responsibility is limited to domestic tickets issued by us.
2 - Our guide and our company may change the flow of the tour program, provided that the content remains the same.
3 - In Egypt, the cancellation and refund of extra services purchased individually or collectively is not possible. If purchased together with your package, the cancellation and refund terms of your package tour will also apply to the extra services. We recommend that you purchase a guarantee package insurance policy from your agency against any mishaps; as the necessary reservations are made and paid to service providers, our company has no other application option in this case. For individual purchases, list prices apply.
4 - Depending on the number of people in the vehicle;
* For groups of 16 or more, a bus is used,
* For groups of 9 to 15, a midibus is used,
* For groups of 8 or fewer, a minibus is used.
5 - The tour, bus, and flight routes may be changed without prior notice, provided that the content remains the same.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA TOURS:
The services included in your tour package are clearly stated. However, to make this trip even more unique and to do so safely, we recommend that you also purchase the extra tours from us. Please note that many of the Turkish and Egyptian individuals who contact you via social media or approach you in Egypt operate tour services without licenses and, in order to offer cheap prices, disregard your safety and security. Poorly maintained transfer vehicles, long journeys with a single driver exhausted from fatigue and sleeplessness, boat trips and desert safaris where safety is not a priority, and food prepared in unhygienic conditions or even spoiled can lead to irreversible consequences. Our company carries out all extra tours with our own offices in Egypt, our own staff, and managers with over 30 years of industry experience, prioritizing your safety and security throughout the trip.
You are not obliged to purchase these tours from us, but we strongly recommend that you at least purchase them from a corporate company that meets these conditions.
You can purchase all extra tours individually upon arrival in Egypt, or, if you wish, buy them as a bundle for a more “budget-friendly” option.
Moreover, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- You can purchase them by paying by credit card through your agency when you buy the package tour. In this case, you will have the same cancellation/change rights as the package. (Either individually at list prices or as a bundle at campaign prices.)
- You can purchase them by paying cash upon arrival in Egypt. (Either individually at list prices or as a bundle at campaign prices.)
- You can purchase them upon arrival in Egypt using a credit card via mail order. (Either individually at list prices or as a bundle at campaign prices.)
