## Tour Detail

Day 1 – Istanbul - Copenhagen

We meet at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours before the flight and, after completing our check-in procedures, fly to Copenhagen (CPH) Airport. Upon arrival, we transfer by private vehicle to the 5* MSC Euribia.

Day 2 – Cruising at Sea

We will spend the entire day cruising at sea. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy this magnificent ship. You can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant, offering a variety of freshly prepared dishes by private chefs to suit every palate, or at your specially reserved table in the à la carte restaurant. During the day, in addition to yoga and fitness classes, you can use the gym equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, as well as outdoor tennis, volleyball and basketball facilities. After dinner, you may spend time in our guide's colorful and entertaining bars and cafés while listening to live music, attend theater performances featuring Broadway-style musicals, or try your luck at the casino. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 3 – Hellesylt/Geiranger | Lake Hornindal & Dalsnibba National Park

We have arrived at one of Norway’s most beautiful fjords. Guests who wish may join the Lake Hornindal & Dalsnibba National Park tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. Our tour, accompanied by magnificent natural landscapes, waterfalls and fjord views, begins early in the morning in Hellesylt. We approach the Geiranger Fjord alongside Hornindal, Europe’s deepest mountain lake, as well as wonderfully scenic mountain villages and glacial lakes. We travel to Dalsnibba National Park, which is included in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage protection area and whose summit is approximately 1,500 meters high. Once we reach the summit, weather permitting, we enjoy the breathtaking views. We then climb along the slope of the world-famous Eagle Road and travel toward a completely different landscape, witness the other beauties of the Geiranger Fjord, and make a photographic visit to the mountain lake on the other side of the fjord’s slope. The excursion ends at our ship waiting for us in Geiranger. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4 – Alesund | Trollstigen Devil’s Road

After breakfast on board, guests who wish may join the “Trollstigen Devil’s Road” tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. It is undoubtedly one of the must-see tours in Norway, together with Flam and Geiranger / Hellesylt. Alesund is an attractive city built on three islands, with a population of approximately 40,000 and the “Sunnmore” mountains in the background. Fishing is the city’s main source of livelihood. During our tour, we will see charming suburban houses and well-maintained gardens along the “Borgundfjord.” We will then follow the Storfjord (great fjord) and see the town of “Sjoholt.” From here, depending on the fjord, we will head south toward Stordal Bay. The town of “Stordal” is famous for furniture production. We will then reach the Valldal Valley, renowned for its strawberry production. Heading toward the upper part of the valley, we will reach Trollstigen, 850 meters above sea level. Following the Troll Road, opened in 1939, we will head toward the lower part of the valley and take a photo break at Stigerora Waterfall. We will then reach the upper Trollveggen and admire the famous 1,000-meter-high rock walls of Europe, the “Troll Wall.” Climbers from all over the world come here to discover different routes to reach the summit. On our return to Alesund, we will see small, charming towns along the Romsdalsfjord, famous for wood carving and rose painting, as well as ship and boat building. We will continue along the fjord after crossing the “Orskog” mountain plateau, which is also popular with the residents of Alesund, and return to our ship at the port of Alesund. Depending on our schedule, we will have a photo break at Aksla Hill, where you can photograph all of Alesund from above. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 5 – Flaam | Magnificent Flam Fjord & Gudvangen & Tvinde Waterfall

On this tour, where you will feel as though you are traveling through scenic postcards, we will first visit Tvindefossen, one of Norway’s most famous waterfalls, whose name can be translated into English as “twin waterfall.” Our next visits will be Gudvangen, meaning “the meeting place of the gods,” and the Stegastein viewpoint, with its pleasant route and magnificent views. During our break in Grimsetelvi, located in another area offering yet another delightful panorama, we will photograph the magnificent nature before returning to Flam. At the end of the tour, before departing from our last port in Norway, you will have plenty of time to shop at stores offering tax refunds, famous lightweight Norwegian down jackets, fish oils such as Omega-3, and a wide variety of other souvenirs. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 6 – Cruising at Sea

Day 7 – Kiel | Hamburg City Tour

Our ship docks at the German port of Kiel. Guests who wish may join the Hamburg City Tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide. After a 1.5-hour bus journey from Germany’s historic Naval Base to Hamburg, we arrive in Hamburg, the preferred residential destination of the country’s wealthiest and aristocratic population. During our city tour around the Lower and Upper Alster Lakes, we will stroll around the lakes, pass St. Pauli Street with its red-light district, and see St. Michael’s Church and St. Nikolai Church, commemorated as a war memorial. We will then enjoy free time around the 115-year-old architectural masterpiece, the Rathaus, a blend of Neo-Renaissance and Baroque styles. Taking photos with the swans or enjoying some pleasant shopping… the choice is yours.

Day 8 – Copenhagen - Istanbul

After completing our disembarkation procedures, we will transfer to Copenhagen Airport. Guests who wish may join the Copenhagen city tour, which will be organized as an optional excursion by our guide.

NOTES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the flight times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any change in flight times.

The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to service charges and gratuities. Any possible price increase will be reflected in the prices paid by guests who have purchased the tour.

The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, for a ship departing from Marseille, it may change the announced Nice/Lyon flight route to Marseille, or vice versa.

The documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.

During transfers to and from airports and ports, including airport-to-port transfers, guests are responsible for their own belongings. No agency representative, guide or driver has the right to take custody of luggage, nor may they be held responsible for it.

Two of the dinners you will have during the cruise are formal dinners, and every male passenger wishing to dine there must bring at least one suit, while female passengers must bring at least one evening dress.

THE CRUISE COMPANY AND THE CAPTAIN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE ROUTE AND THE TIMES AT PORTS BEFORE OR DURING THE TOUR.

The content specified in the program itinerary is for illustrative purposes. The operating agency reserves the right to change the tour content.

During the cruise, the restaurant and tables where our group will have dinner are generally determined in advance and numbered according to names, depending on the cruise company, while on some cruise companies dining will be open seating. On ships where tables are assigned in advance, everyone will sit at the designated tables from the first evening dinner through the final evening dinner; guests who wish to do so may also have their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangements by the ship’s authorized personnel.

When checking in to the ship, without exception, every passenger (only one person for couples) must present a credit card to the ship’s reception or pay a cash deposit when receiving their cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average authorization of 300 euros will be placed on each credit card. This is for expenses you may incur on board after checking in and during the voyage. You will be able to make your onboard expenses (for alcoholic drinks, soft drinks or beverages) using the magnetic cards provided to you by the ship’s reception. Cash is not accepted anywhere on the ship except in the casino. You can view all your expenses on the televisions in your cabins.

At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags in specific colors for all the luggage belonging to our group will be delivered to you with your cruise ticket. You must attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port.

Your luggage may not arrive at your cabins until late in the evening on the ship’s first departure day. This situation, caused by the congestion and crowds, is entirely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, on the first day you board the ship, it is advisable to place your essential items in a small handbag and carry it with you.

The ship’s departure times must be strictly observed. At ports, you must board the ship no later than 60 minutes before its departure time. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.

At the end of our cruise, you must pack your luggage, attach the tags that will have been left in your cabins the previous night, and leave it in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After completing the disembarkation procedures, our group will collect its luggage from the station where the luggage is located. WE STRONGLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS COLLECT THEIR OWN LUGGAGE BY TOUCHING AND CHECKING IT.

It is not possible to travel abroad with passports that are more than 10 years old, even if they are still valid.

Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the tour’s end date.

Your passport must not be torn or worn.

For each program, the relevant visa procedures are the responsibility of the sales agency and the passenger. You can learn which visa is required for the relevant tour from that tour’s program.

ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP AIRLINE TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM.

We recommend that our guests enable their mobile phones for use abroad.

Ships generally use euros or U.S. dollars, depending on the region in which they sail. On the first day on board, you can pay a cash or credit card deposit to your cabin account using the machines on the ship.

The minimum participation requirement for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). If the required majority is not reached, the operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour one month in advance. It may offer the guest an alternative program.

Cancellation terms are stated separately for each program in the content of the relevant program.

During the tour, the ship’s captain has the right to remove guests who physically assault or insult ship employees from the ship. In such a case, no refund will be made to the passenger.

WE WISH YOU TO MAKE BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES DURING YOUR TRIP
