## Tour Detail

Day 1 ISTANBUL – MADRID – SALAMANCA – CIUDAD DE RODRIGO
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing the baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we take our private bus waiting for us at the airport following our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Madrid. Our program begins with a panoramic city tour. Places to be seen include Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullfighting arena, Gran Via and Plaza de España, followed by departure with our guests for the Salamanca tour. During our city tour, after experiencing the magnificent atmosphere of Plaza Mayor, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List, we will explore the historical areas of the University of Salamanca and get to know the city's educational heritage closely. We will then visit Salamanca Cathedral, where you can see the elegance of Gothic and Renaissance architecture, and discover the city's historical and cultural texture. At the end of the tour, a tour of Ciudad de Rodrigo. After seeing Ciudad de Rodrigo, a medieval town with its walls, cathedral and castle, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 CIUDAD DE RODRIGO – PORTO
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Porto and take a city tour. São Bento Station, São Francisco Church, the Stock Exchange Palace, Porto Cathedral, historic wine cellars, Liberdade Square, Batalha Square, the Ribeira district, the city's oldest and most characteristic settlement, Torre dos Clérigos Tower, Santa Catarina, the city's most famous shopping street, Dom Luís I Bridge, Arrábida Bridge and Boa Vista, the city's new and modern district, are among the places to be seen. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Porto and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 PORTO – NAZARE – FATIMA – OBIDOS – LISBON
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Lisbon. En route, we take our Óbidos & Nazaré & Fátima tour. During our tour, we visit Fátima, known as Portugal's sacred site; Nazaré, a charming fishing town with a beach worth seeing; and Óbidos, with its two-story white houses and historic walls covered with ivy. After the tour, we depart for Lisbon and, upon arrival, take a panoramic city tour of Lisbon. The places to be seen on our tour include Rossio Square, Belém Tower, the Monument to the Discoveries, Marquis of Pombal Square, Jerónimos Monastery and the Santa Justa Lift. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 LISBON – SINTRA – CABO DA ROCA – CASCAIS – ESTORIL
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for our Beauties of the Atlantic tour. First, while traveling to the historic city of Sintra, we have the opportunity to see the magnificent views of the Sintra mountains accompanied by the romantic architecture and vivid colors of the 19th century. We pass through the narrow, cobblestone streets of the historic city of Sintra, protected by UNESCO, visit its impressive fountains and pass through its hidden passages. Afterwards, at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of the European continent, dramatic views and paths stretching along the cliffs await us. We then go to the coastal town of Cascais on the Atlantic coast, where the nobility of the 19th century went to spend time during the summer months. We end our tour in Estoril, located on the Portuguese Riviera, the most luxurious region of the Iberian Peninsula. With its luxury hotels, luxurious beaches and famous Estoril casino, Estoril will be one of the unique regions that will enchant you with its lavish lifestyle. After our tour, transfer to your Lisbon hotel and free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 LISBON – HUELVA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Huelva and, upon arrival, take a city tour of Huelva. On our tour, we will discover the city of Huelva, located in southwestern Spain. This beautiful city in the Andalusia region is known for its historical and cultural riches. First, we will see La Merced Cathedral, one of the city's most important historical buildings. This Baroque-style cathedral will enchant us with its impressive architecture. We will then see the Monumento a Colón statue, which is connected to Christopher Columbus's voyages to America. This monument is a symbol highlighting Huelva's important role during the Age of Discovery. While walking through the city, we will encounter narrow streets and typical Andalusian houses. Later, we will walk along the Odiel River to discover Huelva's natural beauty. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Huelva and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 HUELVA – RONDA – GRANADA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart with our guests for Ronda. Ronda was the last fortress surrendered to the Spaniards by the Umayyads as they withdrew from the peninsula. For this reason, it bears the influence of both Islam and Christianity and stands out with its indelible traces. It is a typical white Andalusian village built on a large rock on both sides of a steep limestone gorge, and is home to one of the world's oldest bullfighting arenas. Places to be seen include Casa del Rey Moro, Palacio de Mondragón and Puente Nuevo. At the end of the tour, transfer to our hotel in Granada and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 7 GRANADA – ALHAMBRA – CORDOBA – SEVILLE
After breakfast at the hotel, we take a panoramic city tour of Granada. Among the places to be seen in the historic streets of Granada, among relics from the Umayyad and Abbasid periods, are Gran Via, La Rambla Square, the Arab Bazaar and City Hall Square. Afterwards, our guests may join the Alhambra Palace tour (subject to the palace's availability) (excluding the harem entrance). During this tour, Alhambra Palace, included on the UNESCO World Heritage List and famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools and gardens, will be visited. We then depart for Córdoba. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour. Córdoba, located in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, is virtually a wonderland with its astonishing architecture, magnificent history, whitewashed walls and winding streets; in the 10th and 11th centuries, it was one of the most populous cities in the world. At that time, Jews, Christians and Muslims lived in peace in this city, which became one of Europe's most important cultural centers through the contributions of important philosophers, scientists and artists. During the Córdoba city tour, which is included among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba - (Panoramic) - Mezquita, the Alcázar Palace and the Jewish Quarter, a Renaissance masterpiece, are among the places we will see. After our tour, transfer to your hotel in Seville and free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 8 SEVILLE – MALAGA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at our hotel, we check out and take a panoramic city tour of Seville. Places to be seen include Plaza de España, the Golden Tower, María Luisa Park, famous for its pools and gardens, and the Santa Cruz district. We then transfer to Málaga Airport at the time specified by our guide. After the baggage, ticket and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul on a scheduled Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

## General Information

GENERAL TERMS

1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

2- If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, DGNTRAVEL may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the tour date. In this case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic connecting flights purchased from DGNTRAVEL will also be refunded to the guest, but if visa services or travel health insurance have already been used for a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded since they have been used. If the guest has purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independent of DGNTRAVEL, they cannot request any refund from DGNTRAVEL in case the trip is canceled by DGNTRAVEL. The guest acknowledges and accepts in advance the potential financial and moral losses resulting from the cancellation of the tour and cannot hold DGNTRAVEL responsible.

3- In case sufficient participation for the trip cannot be provided, DGNTRAVEL has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the international arrival-departure transfers.

Cancellation and Change

4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying DGNTRAVEL in writing up to 30 days before the date of the tour, except for airline tickets that have already been paid and/or contracted with the airline. If there are less than 31 days left until the start date of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty fee of 50% of the remaining tour fee. If there are 15 days or less until the start date of the trip, they may cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, the refund terms for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary based on the duration of the cancellation request, so it is necessary to inquire in advance about the refund policy. DGNTRAVEL cannot guarantee the refund of additional services.

Guiding Services and Extra Tours

5- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide based on the status of open/closed museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during the tours.

6- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted in a panoramic manner from within the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entries and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL if they cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour or if they become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where entry is prohibited due to closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.

7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of the tours, participant numbers, and the status of the closure of museums and archaeological sites. This also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.

8- Important considerations for tours to be conducted with Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals and excessive water intake immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with complaints of stomach, back, neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, should inform their guide of their conditions.

9- There are no refunds for services indicated in the prices, such as meal services, if guests do not participate.

About Flights

10- DGNTRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply.

11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. DGNTRAVEL is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of changes/cancellations in flight times when purchasing the trip.

12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.

13- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.

14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in tours by air are personal responsibilities, and these procedures must be carried out by the guest at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online on the airline's website prior to the flight.

15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced vocally at airports and are displayed on the information boards at the airport. This information must be followed personally by the guests.

16- DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for guests who are not present at the indicated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete them on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip airline tickets and necessary transfers for guests who miss the flight will be borne by them.

17- The general luggage weight for outgoing flights from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Excess luggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of DGNTRAVEL.

18- For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes can be carried out based on the availability of the airline (check the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check whether the tickets in the program are in upgradeable classes.

19- In some airlines, services for meals and online check-in may incur extra charges.

Other Matters

20- DGNTRAVEL will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation transactions made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, DGNTRAVEL's cancellation conditions will apply.

21- In cases where hotel(s) are provided only by category information without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, DGNTRAVEL will inform the guests 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or km. In such cases, DGNTRAVEL will provide information 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.

23- During the registration process for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/state their name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly in the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

24- To use your mobile phone abroad, check whether your phone is enabled for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting your service provider.

25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.

26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by DGNTRAVEL. Every effort will be made to ensure that the reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences based on the availability of the hotel. The realization of these requests is contingent upon the hotel's availability at the time of check-in and can’t be guaranteed by DGNTRAVEL.

27- The breakfast served in hotels may differ from the rich Turkish breakfast to continental breakfast, generally consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate area allocated for groups.

28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if needed.

29- Child and extra bed policies may vary according to each hotel and room type.

30- All requests for extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel.

31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 (maximum).

32- In triple rooms, there is an application for extra beds; the bed designated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of folding and/or coach beds. Guests acknowledge and accept that they are aware of the potential crowding and bed types because of extra beds in triple rooms and/or in reservations with children.

33- If the number of children staying with adults and the ages of the children are mistakenly declared in hotel reservations, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may ask for identification to assess the ages of children.

34- In reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only if the child is staying with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for "one child" staying in accordance with the age group next to two adults.

35- The daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. Current rates apply at the time of payment. Additional requests, some extra services (minibar, ironing, etc.) received at the hotel are subject to extra charges. These expenses are not included in the purchase cost and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

36- Some countries may have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any city, tourism, or other taxes that are being applied will be collected from the guests by the hotel during check-in or check-out.

37- The travel distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel durations may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, the geographical location of the country visited, road construction, and conditions.

38- DGNTRAVEL may change the order of cities in the program and/or the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program as deemed necessary.

39- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identity cards of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of the recovery of forgotten items, the expenses for delivery to the country and/or the person are the responsibility of the item owner.

40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policy and any relevant medications and reports for any health issues.

41- A photo ID/passport and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel for potential extra expenses at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested during check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and DGNTRAVEL has no intervention in this matter.

Visa and Passport

42- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens.

43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of travel.

44- To have the entry-exit stamp placed in your passport at customs crossings/borders, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.

45- Being exempt from visa requirements for entry into the countries on this tour does not mean entry/exit will be permitted; the passport police have the authority to prevent entry/exit, and DGNTRAVEL is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

46- Non-Turkish citizens or those holding dual citizenship who will participate in the tour using their other country's passport must personally check the visa procedures applied by the country they will be traveling to with the relevant consulates, otherwise, DGNTRAVEL will not be responsible for the consequences.

47- To avoid issues at the border customs with damaged, torn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

48- Guests under 18 years of age who are traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent should be aware that the immigration officers may ask for a document demonstrating the joint consent of both parents at country entry-exits; thus, it is advised that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
